Even if Zelenskyy accepted the plan tomorrow, Mad Vlad wouldn’t. Putin doesn’t want peace; he wants victory. He wants Kyiv—and all of Ukraine. And after that, he wants the Baltic republics (and Poland) back under Moscow’s boot. Peace talks, for him, are just camouflage for conquest.
