Thanks Robert, for again providing a fast moving interesting read. My analogy to the citizen of El Salvador Garcia is if some other country returned to the U.S. a U.S. citizen who was placed in a U.S. jail, and then wanted the U.S. to release him and send him back to that country. Undoubtedly the U.S. would decline by asserting its sovereign right over its own citizens.

What will ever happen to lavishly-staged "reveal parties", if prenatal ultrasounds are finally banned? We have intruded on natural fetal development processes rather violently these past few decades, including one in four briths now being "required" to be caesarian. The noble goal of saving some, while risking harms to others needs far more discernment, since we are now applying the "miracles of modern medicine" to all.

I am glad this new reckoning is taking place. Thank you RFKJr for taking on these issues with your outsider eyes. Since we now have close to two decades of electronic medical data, it is time to harvest it, and put it to best use for all concerned. GROK et al can search patterns, connections and outcomes for future best practices. As well as uncovering current practices that should be immediately abandoned.

Fluoride tooth paste and "look ma, no cavities" was a breakthrough along with the polio vaccine back in the 1950-60's. Yet pre-natal fluoride vitamins administered by self-dosing could easily have fallen into unregulated over-exposure with mothers thinking if one drop is good, then two drops will be even better. But did better dental health benefit more from the Scandinavian plaque control theory, which was also gaining traction at the same time? And the long past polio epidemic is facing new scrutiny as well.

Big Pharm's long history marketing illusions along with attaching their ubiquitous tagline "life saving" to far too many inadequately tested pharmaceuticals only led to even more public addictions for their own commercial gain. I hope RFKJr is firmly planted firmly in the trust, but verify camp. And sticks to the scientific method. Regardless, we cannot keep going down the garden path of an unexamined US medical-industrial complex.
