Good work Mr. Stoker! I really wonder what our political will could possibly be here in California. As Ranger alludes to, all the conditioning brainwashing from the public schools, the lies the media incessantly peddles, and perhaps the rotten cherry on top is the tremendous talent Gavin Newsome has for destroying the state in converse proportion to his ability to paint the opposite picture with grandiose lies and grotesque rhetorical flourishes. Newsome is a gaslighting sophist who is the progressive prototype for neo-soft-totalitarian globalism. That anyone is bamboozled by this charlatan is shocking enough, but over half the state? We definitely need God to do the heavy lifting on this one!

I disagree. God helps those who help themselves.

Newsom and the Democrats in total control of every aspect of our lives will only yield to one thing:

overwhelming rejection of them at the ballot box, in public discourse, at the dinner table, in restaurants, at the farmers markets, in our schools…iow, “everything, everywhere, all at once”

Like the man who keeps asking God to win the lottery, God humbly requests that the man at least buy a ticket 1st

I would not disagree with you Eric. I never meant to imply that we do nothing. We have to do more than just buy the lottery ticket!

Yes!

YOUR VOICE MATTERS.

YOUR VOTE MATTERS.

Everything you see today is an attempt to eliminate that.

To remain silent _living in fear [controlled] is to remain powerless.

A Moment In Time.

History has taught us that People Will Rise [Judgement [Revolution] Day] against the Rulers.

From Pharaohs to Kings to Elected Officials.

A rigged system of control and corruption [evil].

Modern day slavery.

People Will Rise Again.

Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Yes, we definitely need God to do the heavy lifting on this one! Doesn’t the Bible tell that Jesus will return within one generation of the creation of Israel? Many people wonder if the current generation of Israel will be alive at the second coming of Jesus Christ due to a statement in Matthew 24:34: "Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place."

Fine Article, which further demonstrates that our court systems have been captured — both here in California & across Our Nation, along with our legislative bodies, and executive branches…the CCP (with assistance of the WEF + other international crime syndicates) have nearly completed their 40+ year march through our institutions…we are at war (The Silent War)…

if interested, one can learn of the daily happenings in The Silent War via alternative media…this fellow Patriot broadcasts a daily news update…have a listen…see what rings true…

California is FALLING. Thank you for letting the CITIZENS know what is going on. WHAT we have been watching since the 60s! It might be time to create another state FOR THE PEOPLE. From Oregon to San Bernardino their has been MUCH desire to secede. I'm a native L.A. born, Orange County raised Californian before the freeways and overgrowth and destruction of our national forests. MY HOME STATE. I would rather stay and fight big government than flee to another state. YES, VOTE THE CRONIES OUT!!!!

1962 is when JFK by executive order allowed federal government employees to unionize. States, counties, cities and school districts soon followed. This is a good date to use to measure the material impact this decision inflicted on our own relationship with our own government.

Leading to the current increasingly intractable schism we now see in party politics. Democrats defending the rights of unionized government employees, and GOP asking for protection from the ever-increasing taxes required to support these past decades of government employee union demands.

Thanks Mike for keeping us informed and spreading the truth. So our only hope is at the ballot box? Hmm, with all the lies of the left and media plus cheating at county election offices.... I think it is time for God's hand to enter the arena.

Judges and their staffs are government employees too. They too worry about the need to create and maintain sufficient state tax revenues in order to cover their own massively under-funded lifetime public pensions.

This self-protection bias has shown itself in several other equally self-serving decisions, prior to this one. Eg: sanctity of contract protections under the California Constitution, which also included their own public pensions at stake.

An equally powerful self-interested voice dominating legal decisions was the power of the teachers unions to overturn the Vergara vs LAUSD on appeal, after the trial court found with ample and vivid evidence internal policies of the vast Los Angeles Unified School District denied large numbers of district students their constitutional right to a quality education.

When a case impacts one's own public employee benefits and/or union membership clout, can any "justice" be blind?

I read this article by Mike Stoker called "California Scheming" and I quote

"In so ruling, the court has made it very clear that after almost 30 years of appointees by liberal and progressive Democrat governors, the court has finally become nothing more than a group of robed political cronies willing to do whatever the legislature and the governor want"

The Article should be called "California De-Frauding Its Citizens".

Remember that Sit Down Talk we had Mr. Stoker and I told you who was here

that involves the local So-Called-Leaders De-Frauding the Citizens of this Community

and yes the Citizens of this State. As a reminder to all the California Court System gets

matching Funds from the US Government for many various programs and grants.

If you use any of the US Government Money for illicite purposes, basically fraud, then

you all have a very serious problem on thier tainted hands. The US Government does

not like States, including CALIFORNIA who use US Taxpayers money to defraud them.

I again leave everyone former FBI Executive Tom Parkers excerpt from "Preceptions of

Pulic Corruption to Often Harbingers of Stark Realty"

"Criminal law requires a willing relationship between a government official’s duties and a corrupt act such as, for example, a large campaign donation intended to facilitate certain legislation or other official act by that official to benefit a crony — in other words, a quid pro quo. Upon close inspection by trained investigators, the proscribed relationship between the official and the co-conspirator becomes apparent. It can also surface when those plotting the scheme covertly agree to conceal their being symbiotically joined at their hip pockets. In today’s electronic world of emails and high-speed research, such concealment rarely lasts, and the act, or the perception of one, pops to the surface at the most unexpected times, such as right before an upcoming election."

good point…and yes, the courts are completely captured & corrupted…see recent lawfare against Trump…

Right before Trump announces he's running for 2024 president, Joe Biden promises he'll stop Trump from taking power. “We just have to demonstrate that he will not take power, by, if we, if he does run, making sure he, under legitimate efforts of, our constitution, does not become the next president again.”

and that message was heard loud and clear…because 9 days later, the Democrats send in the legal kamikazes. November 18th, very important date. Garland appoints Jack Smith as special counsel on 2 different Trump cases. The same day, November 18th, Nathan Wade meets with White House lawyers for 8 hours. The same day, 18th, the number 3 guy at Biden's department, Matt Colangelo, gives his 2 week notice to start working with Alvin Bragg.

What are the chances on the same day the 4 criminal cases against Donald Trump emerge from the Biden administration and come alive? Everything just stated is well documented, but talking about it's racist.

What’s the takeaway here?

a) The Commie Dem crooks in the Sacramento get to pass the laws they want and suppress those that don’t benefit them

b) They get this power by having the majority of voters presumably vote them into office.

c) Most voters are stupid and vote for them because they believe the crap these politicians promise.

What’s the answer?

d) Honest GOP politicians engage the adverting agencies that know how to spin the crap and get voters’ attention.

e) Promise these voters the moon on a silver platter, a chicken in every pot and we’re gonna make you rich and famous.

f) Final result? The GOP finally has the votes, the positions and the power.

How far do we stretch the truth? _Ask the Democrats_!

Thank you, Mike, excellent. But you know, the real problem is Trump, because if it weren't for his “poisonous populism” and the “dark forces” he's unleashing, everyone would realize what a great job Newsom has done, especially with his hair which makes Pat Reilly look like a gel slob. If it weren't for Trump Newsom wouldn't have to bribe and threaten judges in order to do more of the enlightened things he's done for us. I know all this because I have these Santa Barbara friends who explain it to me. They also explain why they're moving out of California - it's because the right just makes it too hard for Newsom to turn the state into utopia. Hopefully, they'll be able to preach the Gospel of Gavin in the red state they're moving to.

The better plan is to stay and fight like hell. And encourage other conservatives to move to this once Golden State, and restore its proper place as a healthy, bi-partisan, non-unionized beacon for the entire nation.

Restore its once leading public education to #1, instead of now floundering near the bottom thanks to the over-powerful state teachers unions wasting Prop 98 funding only on themselves.

Repeal Prop 98 - we got robbed, and it failed to do what voters intended Prop 98 to accomplish. All the money in the world now guaranteed to K-12 by Prop 98, and they give us open borders and #45 nation wide K-12 ranking in return.

One way you could look at this is the voters are getting what they deserve. Since they keep voting in the people who are ruining the state, it's not surprising we are getting this result. Actions have consequences, something many voters in Ca don't understand.

The Democrat party often stokes fear that our democracy is somehow at risk. One of the top concerns of Democrat voters is that our democracy is in jeopardy. Yet the Democrat party time and again is at war with democratic process. To attempt to remove a leading presidential candidate from the ballot and to deny voters of their own party the choice of candidate are the most anti-democratic actions a party could take. The action of the California supreme court is another example. The Democrat party often likes to be called the "Democratic" party. Like much from this party the opposite rings true. Knowing this, it is easy to translate Democrat-speak. Biden is smart as a pike could mean Biden just soiled his pants. The Democrat party is certainly not the "Democratic" party, their actions say otherwise.

Democracy to Democrats means retaining a federal right to kill the unborn. That is how they define "liberty". That also appears to be the only issue they are fighting for in 2024.
