“Curiouser and curiouser!” California Democrats legislate the cost of living up, then campaign on bringing it down. Only in Wonderland does the Mad Hatter get re-elected on a promise to fix the tea party bill.

Sari is working hard for us all in the district, and the nation. Hart is the usual regulation and tax obsessed democrat. Sari is the solution. I support her efforts as we all do.

My taxes are too high and burdensome. What about yours? “The California Tax Foundation (a taxpayers’ advocacy group) reported that the Legislature and Governor Newsom approved $14.3 billion in annual tax and fee increases during the 2025-26 session. Some 1,040 bills were passed into law and become effective January 1, 2027.” Can’t wait! Forward this far and wide.

UNITE as taxpayers, overly taxed homeowners and businesses. Consider that an estimated 1 in 7 adults reside locally in Property Tax-Exempt Housing subsidized by taxpayers.

LOOK closely at the line items on your property tax bill.

Owners stabilize a community.

Renters are 60.1% of residents in SB: 21,825 households. An estimated 15% of residents are aliens, unlawfully in SB, according to economists studying housing supply and affordability issues. Rents are forecast to drop 15% if a decision is ever made by undocumented persons to return to country of origin/citizenship, or are deported.

Hart authored a proposal with the help of Das Williams when on the SB Council to Tax every parking place in the City of SB. That included "all" private parking spaces.

Another issue where he denied supporting it until it turned out he did it on the then highest ranking local radio program.

Opp's .... the history is there read it and weep.

Thanks for reminding us Scott. I thought I’d never forget but I did: “tax on private parking spaces”. There’s thousands of insane political decisions to remember. Cut govt!
