Did any elected officials express gratitude towards ICE for their role in rescuing children from the Pot Farm? Furthermore, were there any protesters who acknowledged ICE's efforts in protecting these minors from potential trafficking?
It is important to note that individuals employed at a Pot Farm must be at least 21 years old. This raises questions about the circumstances surrounding the minors who were reportedly working there. If a fourteen-year-old began working at the farm four years ago, they would have been just ten years old at that time, highlighting a serious issue regarding child labor. Additionally, reports have surfaced regarding the apprehension of individuals involved in serious crimes, such as rape, child molestation, and trafficking. Did these individuals have warrants for their arrest? Have local news outlets provided updates on these developments?
Observations of Congressman Carbajal's actions during this situation also prompt reflection on the training and responsibilities of public officials in such critical matters. The situation was not a casual game; it involved serious implications beyond mere play.
Did anyone complain when the full military presence showed up to help close off streets during the Thomas Fire and/or the Mudslides?
The DA and Assemblyman Gregg Hart’s statement failed to address the issue of underage children working on the pot farm or the presence of a predator near them. Why?

The following letter was sent to Mayor Randy Rowse and City Council after Tuesday’s Special Meeting:
Mayor Rowse and Council Reps,
Council needs to discuss, and then sanction, D1 Eastside Rep Wendy Santamaria for her bad, out of control, confrontational behavior challenging Mayor Rowse, and inciting the Eastside crowd who attended Tuesday night’s meeting on immigration enforcement.
Hundreds of neighbors attended, seeking available answers regarding federal law enforcement from the Mayor, Police Chief, 805DocuFund, and other leaders.
Peace and calm prevailed until Councilwoman Santamaria chose to grandstand, making untenable demands of the Mayor, Chief, and City Manager. As I watched and listened to her, and then heard zoomed in District 4 Rep Kirsten Sneddon, their outrageous, unrelenting persistence could not be ignored. The crowd grew more emboldened, boisterous as a result.
If there is no consequence, young inexperienced Santamaria will be fueled to become more aggressive, more demanding. She’s new to the Eastside and City; I think a previous resident of Lancaster, CA.
As you each know, the job requirements of a Council Rep are quite different from a community organizer.
After tonight’s meeting multiple texts have been circulating about Wendy. Here’s one: “Maybe Wendy [Santamaria] seeks exposure by inciting fear thinking she’s the AOC of Santa Barbara. Council’s weak if Wendy’s not corralled or deflated.” Another: “Does she want a revolution?”

I found this statement in the Independent article regarding Tuesday’s special meeting. I have made bold the words I’m asking about.
“So take this as a warning that we don't need to wait another 30 days,” Hernandez said at Tuesday's town hall. "We don't need to have more pain. We don't need to have more broken families before we take decisive action."

Another great article Bonnie. The scam that the Democrats are running with donors and NGO’s is more than frightening and goes against ALL of our founding documents. I would urge everybody to read commander Bob smith’s article in yesterday‘s Santa Barbara current. It’s also on sub stack. It explains the depths of this scam in plain English to anyone who wishes to know the deceit currently being employed by the Democratic Party in the state of California and elsewhere.
