Thanks Andy. Entry level jobs are meant to be just that: entry level. They are the beginning of a career paths: not the destination. The initial reaction to the minimum wage for fast food workers has been to squeeze the restaurants competing with fast food for employees. These restaurants, such as McCormicks in Shell Beach, have to increase prices or close.

You are all too correct in your assessment Andy as usual. I know you don’t listen to these clowns/trolls telling you to do your homework. You’re one of the best researched speakers/writers in the area. Some peoples brainwashing will never be undone no matter how many facts are presented to them. The fact that Kamala’s pictures of her working in a McDonald’s uniform have been shown to be Photoshopped onto another girls body is all over the Internet. And of course it’s well-known that President Trump never wanted to shut everything down. That was forced on us by unelected bureaucrats and other weaklings in Congress because of the horrible advice that the midget Fauci was spouting while enriching himself.

Keep up the good work

What’s next, unionize McDonald workers as they have done at Starbucks? Ever wonder why a cup of coffee is $6?

Fast food restaurants are pricing themselves out of the market place. Yet another argument for automation. Interesting to know how much financial support our Democratic officials are receiving from unions in the form of campaign contributions. Our politicians no longer represent us, that much is clear.

When automation industry takes over the fast-food industry, take a long a magnet to fish out the stray machinery nuts and bolts out of your food. Otherwise, there will be a rise in your dental costs.

Absolutely right - those union thugs will find a way to get revenge on employers who are using their brains and experience trying to stay competitive in the marketpplace.

I like McDonald's Big Mac sauce, but my wife doesn't like anything there so it's over to Burger King and the basic Whopper Jr., fine for both me and my wife. The McD's fries are horrible. Our BK often provides cold burgers which has made me think of inventing a battery-powered, fast-food burger reheater to bring along. BK also includes more veggie stuff, a plus. One cure for the rising prices is bring your own drink. To cut costs, I predict bunless burgers will be next and I'm prepared to bring my own buns (no pun intended - the burger's bun, not mine). Lastly, be concerned with the rising fast-food wages with service people having a stethoscope hanging from their neck, nerdy looking guys with calculators, order takers talking like accountants or lawyers with their business cards inserted into the drink cups. When that occurs, double check what's between the bun halves, it may not even be the kind of food you think you are eating, but maybe Soylent Green! I remember when Tacos were 19-cents each at Taco Bell and there was none of the Dem bull crap money grabbing schemes.

I ordered fries at McDonald's (still some of the best around!) and told the kids "Vote for Trump." They were receptive! And yes, I worked in fast food joints myself in high school (for real).

Miss Harris never needed to work at McDonald’s because she learned at a young age that if you sleep with the right people even though they are married.

You can get far in this fallin and broken world!

She is probably as surprised as anyone else that she actually has a chance to be president!

She did work at McDonalds and has the pictures to prove it.

Hi Maria. Just curious. What picture are you speaking of and where did you come upon it? I would like to, out of curiosity, see when and where it was taken. They do so many AI photos anymore it is hard to know if what you are looking at is real. The sad part of all this going into the candidates backgrounds anymore is that pretty much at one time we could and did believe what they had to say about their lives and position on things but now it is rare to have a candidate that one could consider reliable with the facts. Unfortunately Ms. Harris seems to blow with the wind and depending on the prevailing sentiment of the public, that is the way she bends.

FYI…Snopes is controlled propaganda brought to you the same Cabal of power players that sold you the plandemic, mRNA gene altering vaccines, climate change hoax, owns the (CIA controlled) “Mainstream” media, creates wars & pushes populations across borders, and on & on…Up is Down, Left is Right…

If Harris worked at Mikey Ds, you can be sure that the people that control the D Party would show tax records.

True Snopes is a left-wing rag, but in this case it provided both the doctored and original photos and the correct conclusion that the former was a fake. I could have provided links to other sources debunking the photo, but I assumed Snopes would be a source Ms Hunt would readily believe based on her comment.

I really stepped in it Earl when approaching a "spicy broad" <g>. As my band director in De Land, FL, John J. Heney (Head Drummer and a member of the original Sousa Band in the late 1920's and early 1930) would jokingly say, "I beg your pudding." Heney was the inspiration for the movie, "The Music Man." I wonder what the inspiration of Harris will be in the future. I'd say zippo.

Maria, welcome to the real world of industrial giants. If you are looking for saints, you aren't looking into the right place. My wife worked for a Fortune 75 company as the HR director, and all I can say is the stories she could tell would make your hair curl! Was I surprised about Clinton's escapades? Absolutely not, it just goes with the territory. Compared to today's Dems, Bill Clinton was one humdinger of a President. The sexuality of Presidents should not have any bearing about how they will handle the country ... as long as they are not "screwing" the country <g>.

Even better Maria, I go right to the source, namely Kamala herself when looking for facts. Kamala answered, "Maybe, kind of, perhaps, I don't remember, it was a long time ago, maybe it was Burger King, maybe it wasn't a fast food at all, I dreamed it, is McDonalds the place that services Tacos? ... that's it, it was Taco Bell!" Thanks Kamala, I knew I'd get a forthright "word salad" answer from you, always do.

SNOPES says:

In the 1980s, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris worked at McDonald's while completing her undergraduate degree.

Rating: Unproven

Context:

Harris has made this claim repeatedly over the years, and multiple reputable news outlets have reported on the story. But, aside from Harris' testimony itself, there is no evidence (such as a photo, employment record or confirmation from a friend or family member) to independently verify the claim. We've reached out to Harris' campaign and McDonald's and we'll update this report when, or if, we learn more.

You mean Biden/Harris (and deep state RINOs) I assume. THEY shut this country down in more ways than one - and simultaneously flooded us with millions of unvetted aliens - who are usurping "entry level" jobs. For those of us who know: months of coming home smelling like fast food grease inspires you to get educated and improve your job skills.

Trump did not cancel any jobs. Trump left the decisions to the states, which is why Florida, Texas and other red states did not eliminate jobs, while the blue States, such as California, did force private employers, but not public employers, to close. Biden-Harris fired federal employees, including military, who did not get vaccinated.
