She errs. Requiring the status quo of a massively bloated government is not sacrosanct, nor protected under any reading of the US Constitution.

Justice Jackson-Brown is now a jurist; not a government employee union activist. She proves herself notoriously unfit for the task.

The Democratic Party is completely void of ideas and policies to help Americans. This is the reason they tried to import 20+ million illegally into the US and then cater to their every need once they got here. They have only one recourse against President Trump and his vision to restore the United States and that is to judge shop to find friendly districts to try and slow his progress down. My greatest hope is that the Supreme Court fast tracks all of these and restores the rule of law promptly.

Justice Jackson’s descent was just another glaring example of how the left displays open distain for America and it’s founding documents and the main reason that President Biden or should I say his shadow handlers chose her.

That's why Trump has said everything has to be done by the book.

The Democrats cry, shout and protest that everything is done illegally

I think they don't even know what legal is at this point because they have no idea what that means and the last administration certainly didn't lead the Country by the book.

Don't worry President Trump does everything according to the law,not the Democratic rule, but by the Constitution.

Otherwise he wouldn't be winning any of the cases,if you didn't realize that. All the cases that have been brought against him by Biden and Obama judges have benn rules in his favor by the Supreme Court

And if you didn't take a civics course in school, the Constitution is the law that we follow in the United States of America and the ultimate rule over any court.

I read this Judiciary Article titled "Imperial Judiciary?" By Brent E. Zepke, Esq. I quote from same about Zpeke's article on Judicial Arrogance and Departure from the Essential

Requirements of the law> "According to Google, “a hubristic person is characterized by excessive pride, arrogance, and an overestimation of their own abilities and importance. This can lead to disregard for others’ opinion, a belief that they are above the rules and a tendency to make poor decisions, often with negative consequences for themselves and those around them.”

Any problems with Santa Barbara Judicial Officers, how about Life-Time-Banned Judge Michael Carrozzo?, Judge Adams? Any other SB Judges?

Are the SB Courts Concealing Anything may we all ask?

Is Bonnie Bells "WHERE'S JOE HOLLAND" related to the SB Courts?

Ketanji Jackson Browne. Form over substance...the very essence of DEI.

Since Biden's racist and bigoted announcement that his nominee for the Court would necessarily would be a Black woman (KJB unable to define), does that indicate she is the very best that America has to offer in that regard? Of course not. However, by precluding potential jurists who were even marginally moderate, Biden ironically damaged the image of a Black female jurist going forward. A fundamental understanding of the Constitution was clearly not a criteria for Biden...a truism for his unfortunate and devastating tenure.

We should know what a one-party echo chamber looks like in Santa Barbara, so welcome Ms Jackson-Brown. Give us your best shot, in the spirit of fulsome debate.

Bravo.... Encore!!!

Even if you do not like Mr. Zepke's positions he has clearly called out arrogance.

Does this sound familiar: "On May 22, 2025, United States District Judge Susan Illston, a Clinton nominee...." Clinton? Ah it was a Clinton newbie judge who sequestered a lawsuit over the State of Calif. election that required documentation (voted for by a serious majority of Hispanic US born citizens of Calif.)

"...restructuring of the Federal Government (the likes of which have historically required Congress’s approval...." Uh, there are 3 branches of government "intentionally" created by the Founding Fathers after watching the Confederate States crumble (not civil war).

How about this one.... "...casually discarding 55 pages of evidence-based lower court reasoning…” Guess what boys and girls should "we the people" buy this narrow minded statement?

As a grad student I researched over 300 articles. Proudly presented them in my draft to my committee. With one stroke of a pen months of work was wiped out by the statement there was a flaw in most of the quoted work. I swallowed hard, asked what the problem was and had to admit the graduate department overseer's were correct. This Justice cannot seem to get her personal prejudice out of the way.

This comes under the heading of "Too bad, so Sad." Oh and where once again was this now disposed ruling? Once again the "Ninth Circuit" that is jammed with political operatives who want so badly to "create law" from the bench.

I'll end with Mr. Zepke's conclusion ... Justice Amy Barrett wrote in Trump v CASA, No. 24A884, “Justice Jackson decries an Imperial Executive while embracing an Imperial Judiciary.”

An excellent and very well presented article. Putting aside my 48 year legal career, I am rather bemused at the current leftist actions considering their darling President Clinton fired roughly 335,000 federal employees within his first 4 months in office. No one in Congress or Courts complained. And, I sadly add, the California judiciary on all levels has rotted away with DEI judges who have risen from progressive socialist educations and public law practice. Thus, I am contentedly retired and constantly bewildered.

I’m Trump's BIGGEST fan, and love how he cuts thru the crap to get a job done, but in this case Justice Jackson might have a valid point of concern.

Without reading it, Executive Order 14210 sounds awfully broad - “. . . mandating a “critical transformation” of the Federal Government by “eliminating or consolidating” existing agencies and ordering agency heads to “promptly undertake preparations to initiate large-scale reductions in force.”

If EO 14210 can be implemented by executive decree, who knows what authority this could confer on the next President who might be as stupid as Biden.

Really? That’s your argument, that Biden didn’t choose the right people for the job? You are aware of who taco chose for his administration, right? Let’s start with Hegseth. He was in the military, So were millions of other men. He’s a drunk, a sexual predator, a liar, and a butt kisser. He’s firing women who are generals, heads of departments and why because they’re women he’s doing the same with generals and other high officials in the military, he’s firing or demoting them because they’re black, and in place he’s putting in less qualified white man. He texted classified information to a reporter, his wife and his brother-in-law.

Rubio, Secretary of State, who has no experience in foreign affairs, and seldom says a word about anything. Bondi, Who is acting more like his personal lawyer than the AG and the United States of America. Vance, VP, again no experience, no manners, rude and uncouth. The dog killer, secretary of homeland security, likes to dress up and have her picture taken, is cruel and heartless. Has a nonworking brain. Gabbard, secretary of intelligence, that is an oxymoron, doesn’t have any, and she’s a Russian asset. McMahon, Secretary of education, she was the owner of the WWE. Wow, can’t tell AI from A1. RFK, jr, secretary of health, that’s a joke just looking at him. Then there’s Homan, Patel and the list goes on.
