Bravo to the two NBA players who have actually signed up for the draft for making the WNBA rethink their policy.
Men are biologically different and stronger, physically. Take for instance the male who competed in women's wrestling and almost killed the woman wrestler.
Had it not been for the the 70's there would be no women in sports. Only 60 years ago,they did not allow women to play in sports in school or college.Yet,it seems that this past has been erased to allow the woke to change everything. Just like that because they feel like a woman or a butterfly or whatever else they decide they want to be for the day.

This article brings us back full circle 50-60 years later to the reality that females just can’t win! Today’s real enemy is far left, progressive DEI women, some who are coaches. When did inclusion become institutionalized orthodoxy? Biology must remain the determinant of gender: our assigned gender at birth! As unimaginable as it is, Congress must pass a law that gender is defined at birth and no state can change assigned gender on birth certificates. Period.
As a 1960-70s feminist who fought for Title IX and the ERA, I and other Americans sought access to opportunities for girls and women in schools, sports and the workplace to compete, perform, and earn. Decades ago it was unimagined that any man would claim to be a woman; or that any woman would argue a man has any right to claim that he is a woman and compete against us. Who ever imagined that society, even our military, would use public funds to pay for multiple medical procedures and chemicals to artificially attempt recreation of a human body?
Having once worked in the 1970s on the sex change unit of Kaiser San Francisco patients, I never met a happy transitioning male to female. The ‘Free To Be Me’ advocates crossed the inclusion line; surgeons were authorized to perform harm on patients; the results tragic. Feelings of inadequacy weren’t changed by trans surgeries; someone to love and care for them wasn’t guaranteed or forthcoming; brains, past life memories remained the same.
What’s the point beyond mocking women, dominating women, and gaining access into our locker rooms, sorority houses, prisons and women only spaces to harm us?
Back in the day, I was a big Roller Derby fan. So much so I went to see the LA T-Birds (normally seen at the Olympic Auditorium in downtown LA) at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, which had been converted into a huge roller derby rink. It was such an emotional spectacle that the woman seated in front of me suffered a heart attack and had to be carted off.
Today, the WNBA has morphed into Roller Derby, with the ongoing cat fighting overshadowing women’s basketball.
The outrageous heckling, battery and racism in the WNBA is a case of Jackie Robertson in reverse. Whereby, the white, straight minority are being singled out by the black, lesbian majority. All while the woke, enabling white coaching staffs are sitting back, looking the other way, making excuses and allowing it to continue.
The WNBA needs to get their house in order, fire some coaches, suspend players and uphold “sportsmanship” if the league is to continue. Oh ya, one more thing, keep men, pretending to be women out of the league.

With a state-amended birth certificate, males are eligible for membership into DAR, whose genealogical records have long been the gold standard. Chew on that. For me, the issue at the heart of male incursion is safety: woman's instinctive fear of male strangers. All women live with this instinct. Even on a casual walk through the neighborhood, we see an unknown male and gauge: Is he a threat? Every woman I know has experienced potential danger from males. And why rape statistics hold year after year: 20% of women WILL be sexually assaulted. From early girlhood and into old age, we are vulnerable as no man can ever be. (And why we are grateful for good men like Mr. Summer.) So extend that biological fear to female spaces: restrooms, locker rooms, dorms, women's prisons and shelters. Places designated for women and now posing a danger on a whole new level simply because they are private spaces. I don't wish such men ill, simply that if they truly honor women, they respect our need for safety, privacy, and identity. I'd like to quote George Orwell in full here, from 1984: "Freedom is the freedom to say that 2 plus 2 make 4." It's as simple, and revolutionary, as that.
In the 1970's an HR manager asked me when a young male engineer could start using the women's room because of his desire to become a woman. My initial reaction of laughing greatly upset the manager. My second reaction was that this was not a legal question but a medical one, and as such we should require a physicians opinion on the gender of our employee at any particular time. .

UCB was a powerful entity that continued to provide interesting decisions for the activists to rally against; SF State had S.I. Hayakawa and the SDS were using their campus for riots and shut downs across the Bay. These were powerful times that different social factions felt freer than before to continually challenge the establishment. Berkeley's People's Park and Telegraph Ave. and San Francisco's Market St. and SF State's campus were regular battle grounds expressing free speech, which the media helped promote (and wove into social unrest stories).
At and before that time, Drugs, Sex and Rock n Roll was influencing the country and of great concern to our parents and leaders. But the real movement, including Feminism, Racism and equal rights evolved and escalated rapidly as Viet Nam exposed that our leaders had very poor judgement (especially just after Korea!, include Alan Dulles in this mess). When a person says they were born in the wrong body, what they are actually saying is that what their mind thinks their gender is does not match what their body shows their gender to be, in other words, a mismatch.
