“we all live in our own bubbles.L

We all think we are doing “good”

For example followng Romes floating date for Good Friday and Easter. They think they are doing good.

Renaming the Lord’s Times and Feast of Unleavened Bread and First Fruits (the day Jesus rose)

Despite YHWH setting a specific fixed date for Passover,

“In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD’S passover.” — Leviticus 23:5 (KJV)

And Unleavened Bread the next day,

“And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD…” — Leviticus 23:6 (KJV)

We all think we are doing what is “right”

If last year’s unhinged mockery of Christ in San Francisco was an indication, tomorrow’s Easter should be chock full o’ fruits and nuts taking to the streets, in defiance of millions of worshipping Christians.

https://religionnews.com/2025/04/17/san-franciscos-hunky-jesus-contest-stirs-up-controversy-community-and-courage/

Would this bigotry ever be displayed in celebration of Ramadan, mocking the prophet Mohammad? Of course not, we all know what the Islamic response would be to any LGBTQ display of blasphemy.

Why is this tolerated then against Christians? Why do many non-secular liberal Jews mock the King of the Jews?

We find Christianity this Easter under attack from dark, evil forces, disrupting our services, entering places of worship, mocking our sacraments and insulting our savior.

How low will these “activists” go? How is it these groups are funded by NGO’s with direct ties to the Democratic Party with little said from the MSM?

In their sick and demented minds, Christianity is in direct conflict with many issues from their social agenda, ie abortion, Transgenderism, gay marriage etc. and therefore, legitimate targets of ridicule as a “Hate Group.”

“O Lord, forgive them as they know not what they do.”

"The No Kings, Free Palestine, Black Lives Matter, Climate Change, Abolish ICE protestors have their heads filled with so much absurdity they find comfort surrounded by like-minded activists".... coming from a clear-headed voice like fresh air.

All Hail King Jesus !

Come to the courthouse Easter service tomorrow morning if you share that sentiment, or are just curious. You will hear the answer to what is the answer to the human condition. The resurrection of Jesus defeated death and is our only hope.

I thought exactly the same thing about American Idol. That would’ve never happened after the last administration. It was so anti-religion I too brought tears.

For somebody who often seems relatively level headed, you suffer seriously from TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome). Look at your projections and try to distinguish them from the actual reality. Notice that the No Kings protests were large and peaceful. In an earlier column this week somebody disparaged them because out of around 75,000,000 who voted against Trump in 2024, only 8,000,000 showed up in these protests. I've heard that the the standard reaction of members of congress to constituents mail is to assume that each letter represents somewhere between 1,000 and 10,000 voters. The protests were large, and despite right wing conspiracy theorist ADS claims, were not paid by George Soros or any other billionaires trying to overthrow the government. There are some on the left who are bonkers, but in my opinion no more so than many on the right. Were I into spinning out a conspiracy theory I'd suggest that the attack on Iran is intended to drag on in order to justify more and more money going to the military coupled with elimination of federal funding for daycare, medicare, Obamacare, the VA, and privatization of social security (after, of course, raiding its trust fund).

In any case, Easter is tomorrow and may the spirit of the true Christ arise anew for all, and especially in the hearts of those who call themselves Christians while praying for the death of their political opponents.

It was also proven that the protest photos were AI generated and the "numbers" were not accurate.

Locally,the police reported 200 attended,yet the newspaper reported 600.

I have to believe the police, who were there to keep peace have the actual number correct.

Also, off topic, how much does it cost taxpayers and all the cities for police and emergency services to monitor these protests? Couldn't these monies be used for a better cause to possibly help the homeless.

But in regards to peaceful protests,Los Angeles was not so peaceful and I believe in Portland was also not peaceful.

Not everything is at seems!

And your beliefs and observations are also subject to suspicions.

Glad the The ultimate judge is God and not you.. He knows the truth and what is really in our hearts

If I were you, I'd take that as a warning. Perhaps you might find yourself in the halls of Anubis with your heart being weighted against the feather of Ma'at. Don't want any heaviness such as hatred and projections on others at that point.

There's nothing else I can say to you to save your soul.

Do tell who prays for that?

And the absurdity of your comment proves that you know nothing about Christianity or the Bible.Open you eyes to the glory of Jesus and his resurrection.

We are all sinners, hence why Jesus died on the cross for us so we didn't have to suffer the same faith.

That is why Christians pray and we ask for forgiveness every day.

Did any Christian say they were not a sinner?

Here's the thing we know we are sinners, that's why we got to church, pray and repent.

The difference is the No Kings crowd doesn't. They despise Christ,Christians and the Bible. They mock us. When Charlie Kirk died the hatred was spewed out while others wanted to celebrate a man whom they respected and attend his funeral. Were there any protests or carboard signs hating the man who took his life? No actually his Wife forgave him.

So look at both sides and who they represent. One is possessed ,possibly by Satan,I mean he got Eve to eat that able why not convince a Senior Citizen that one man is so horrible and have them hate and disrespect him and our country. The other group puts their faith in Jesus Christ and follow his word and try to lead by his example( but don't forget we are all sinners and fall short of God's grace every day).

The true King and ONLY perfect Human is Jesus Christ.

Take Easter to pray for your sins and repent and ask for a renewed heart.

May you rejoice in the Blessings of Easter and the glory of Jesus Christ

The pastor followed by Hegseth did this in public. I'm sure that there are some who do in private. Your projections don't have much reality behind them other what you feel and refuse to acknowledge. What you see is what you are. Your hatred is obvious in your post, as is your attempt to claim the moral high ground. The world is bigger than you know.

God breaths life into our clay,

Sees our intentions when we pray.

Claiming we've reached Him

We've only impeached Him,

Preaching our dreams as His Way.
