Excellent, Brent, thank you. Amazing that Trump is president despite the Dem machinery. Every time someone criticizes Trump for what he's not gotten done in these three months my jaw drops - no one else running against this Dem election fixing could have prevailed and they're unhappy because he hasn't done absolutely everything? But beyond the idiocy even some Trump voters are exhibiting, what's really scary is that TDS is now on steroids. You can see it in the TDS comments here, because they don't just insist that Trump is Hitler and must be stopped at all costs they say it in CAPS. They are okay with everything you've explained is wrong because TRUMP IS HITLER AND MUST BE STOPPED. They would rather live in a fixed election country where they have no real vote than give up their TDS.

As usual, right on target EB…for those that haven’t figure it out, it’s not about Trump crimes, it’s about covering their crimes…BUT, Trump did set the precedent for past presidents to be prosecuted in US Courts. They had planned to jail him (and throw away the key) over the Alpha Bank server shortly after 2016 election…they never thought she would lose, now they all lose!

Mr. Zepke is correct in his now prove trail of deceit. I would suggest a change in title of this report.

Lawfare against "anyone" who would challenge Democrat Control.

CAB just published a Earthday Bike(?) count on one of the best locations to prove or disapprove the efficiency of bike paths. It was a crushing blow to the anti car groups. But then again the City of Santa Barbara violating the Brown Act in publishing and then voting on the supposed "West Side" Capital Improvement Project handed CAB the famous "ball point pen" challenged the measure and who failed to say enough?

Megan Harmon, attorney, City Councilwoman, and the Council appointed member to the Coastal Commission.

Heck it was such a trail of tears, that even Democrats on the Riviera objected to this.

The now 7 seconds "depressed a button on the machine to change a pre-programed vote for George Washington to Benedict Arnold." has been repeated in various forms over multiple times in the City of Santa Barbara and the City of Goleta.

The question is how much longer are the supposed "swells" the Left are going to keep their blinders on and ignore reality? How much longer will they vote for failure? The more prominent in SB are Friedman, Harmon, Sneddon, and recently SantaMaria (and all them thar folks that voted for them).

The question is who are the Benedict Arnold's who sell their souls for hand full of silver?

Mr. Zepke, Great survey of intentional corruption.

Great Article Brent…lawfare is almost all they have left, now that the media can no longer fool the masses…imagine that the corruption that we are seeing played out in the lower courts will lead to the Supreme Court. Time to clean house and educate the public of the rot within this branch of government.

Who was running the Auto Pen used by Biden during his presidency? Is it OK that others were running Our Country, rather than the president of the United States? Biden was compromised long ago, see Hunter’s laptop… https://lib.undercaffeinated.xyz/get/pdf/9624

Long story short, Our Country has been captured, all three branches of government were captured by the CCP and international crime syndicates over the past 30 to 40 years. Trump is the change agent. He’s the mouthpiece with the laser pointer, backed up by the US military, running the counterinsurgency.

There is a storm brewing, and we will soon see accountability for past crimes by our politicians, business leaders, and other members of our rotten government… https://rumble.com/vbhk56-we-have-it-all.html

50 years ago JFK allowed government employees to unionize. That is when the current tears in the fabric of our country were institutionalized. We created two classes of voters: those dependent on government paychecks, and those required to fund those government paychecks.

Then we lost control over the size, mission, accountability and outcomes of that unionized government workforce at every level: (1) federal, (2) state, (3) county, (4) municipal and (5) special districts such as local schools. That is a lot of government for any well-meaning American to keep track of and hold accountable.

The lawfare now directed at Trump and DOGE has lanced this long-festering festering national wound. Messy times ahead, but good ones because this 50 year long government malaise that sickened the body politic has now been forced out of the shadows for all to see.

Using Susan Rice early morning coffee meetings before she headed to the White House each and every day. No telling how many criminals had their hands up his back, but Barry (MB) had the deepest reach. Shadow presidency. Same as with Trump‘s first term.

I read this "Lawfare" Article by Mr. Brent E Zepke, Esq. titled

"Lawfare against Republicans Continue" I have a supporting title

"Lawfare Against Americans Rampant Including President Trump"

I quote from Mr. Zepke's insightful article on the Abuse of our American

Legal System as follows>"It seems appropriate that this lawsuit was dismissed on April Fool’s Day, because it is inconceivable that after eight years of motions, hearings, and even a trial, that it was dismissed for lack of standing" AND "The Trial and The Conspiracy"

The case described by Mr. Zepke is exactly how our American Legal System is Abused by unethical and predator attorneys. See DOJ Special Prosecutor's Jack Smith's Florida Case Against President

Trump weblink> https://x.com/Chicago1Ray/status/1915022801670484141

"Senators Johnson and Grassley have sent a letter to @FBIDirectorKashPatel and Pam Bondi saying they have evidence that Bidens WH was directly involved in helping start Jack Smith's investigation"

Our legal system is flawed, as is our diverse manipulated registration and federal voting procedures that vary by state. CA ignores the US Constitution when it comes to federal elections but our Secretary of State knows CA is exempt. It’s all comers when it’s time to vote, regardless of citizenship status, with outcome assistance from those behind the scene or controlled machines. What can change, when leaders gain? No reason for optimism.

It’s our civic duty to be informed; frustrating and costly to seek essential reforms. Appreciate this article and its timeline summation!

Of course Democrats would stoop to the level of rigging elections in Georgia….what a surprise! What else would one expect from a criminal enterprise? Yes, Fulton County, the seat of election gangsterism, gave us lovebirds Fani Willis and Nathan Wade, who used fraud to enrich themselves using taxpayer dollars, all while colluding with the Biden administration. Any ultimate jury decision must include jail time for these two losers!

The election fraud in Georgia is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the fraud, lies and deceit of the Democratic criminal syndicate. Sure, they are experts at throwing elections, embracing illegal migrant criminals and weaponizing fear and intimidation….just like the mafia and all under the banner of social justice!

It should be NO WONDER why the Democrats voter approval is in the 27% range and in the toilet! Let’s see, promoting violence against Tesla and others, standing side by side with migrant criminals and forcing Transgender sickness on our children. What a Party!

What about instead focusing on lowering OUR cost of living, reducing taxes, decreasing energy costs and demanding illegals be removed from our country? Are you listening Salud?

Too much money is at stake that flows only into the big government unions hands. That alone makes current politics a blood sport. We can all relate to the power of self-preservation.

They want to spend our tax dollars on themselves; and we want to keep our tax dollars for ourselves. There is little "coming together" on this fundamental issue.

Expand full comment
Thomas John's avatar

It's not a trivial number, but only 5% of federal government spending goes to federal employees’ salaries, and that doesn't include military employees. I think the bloodsport starts with the Military, SS, and Medicare.

Expand full comment
J. Livingston's avatar

The issue is tax dollar funded, unionized government employment at every level; not just federal. Including unionized staffing for military, SS and Medicare.

Ongoing expenses administrating government entitlement programs is the issue, To make this clear, instead of possibly implying demanding program efficiencies are the equivalent of threats to the programs themselves.

Limited government-ROI tax-payer crowd faces off against the government union crowds with zero tolerance for any cuts in costs, numbers and built-in inefficiencies. Where shall we meet in the middle? When we should be on the same page.

If you consider the Union as America and American values then of course it is in fact his main objective. Just think of his goals as the opposite of Democrats who hate America and have done all they can to destroy the country in every way possible. Americans rejected that because they want to preserve America, not destroy it. So yes, preserving the Union, call it America, is Trumps primary goal indeed. But you know this.

"Civil War II," that's for sure! This might be the calm before the storm. The Dems are already into war mode destroying a company such as Tesla. If the Dems snip all the power charging cords across the country, then where does that place Tesla?

Expand full comment
George Russell's avatar

I own two Teslas for 7 years now. Like probably 90% of Tesla owners, I charge my car at home not at Super Chargers. They could destroy all the superchargers in the country and most Tesla oweners would never know it. Worst case scenario, that most people do not know, is even if you are in a Cabin a thousand miles from a Tesla Charger you can literally plug it into an electric outlet anywhere and charge the car, yeah it takes longer, so go fishing, the point is even then you are not stranded.

Expand full comment
Bill Russell's avatar

Yes, I agree Tesla's are probably used mostly as commuter cars, not traveling long distances. However, for a new purchaser that hasn't got into their Tesla driving routine, a purchasing consideration could be the availability of possible remote area traveling provided by battery charging stations. If those are taken out, then what's next? Keying a targeted vehicle such as a Tesla doesn't make purchasing a Tesla attractive. Existing owners is one thing; a potential new owner is another.

Mr. Zepke, your screed is esquire-esque but neither factual or convincing and I pity the fool(s) who believes it.

First of all: your cartoon suggests there are persons in the U.S. over the age of 150 receiving Social Security and possibly even voting. This is not true and has been disproven exhaustively by the SSA. Of course this myth emanates from Elon Musk's claims on Joe Rogan's podcast (and later repeated by Trump during his recent address to Congress) that "20 million dead people are being used to steal $100 billion in benefits. This was but a shiny lie crafted to get just the sort of heated response espoused by SB Current commentator Brad Scott (and his four "likes")--"Fuck Democrats."

So American. So high road. So Christian-esque. So MAGA.

Secondly: Your claim of Dominion voting machine fraud is similarly specious. To wit: Dominion won its judgement against Fox News for spreading this falsehood and was awarded the largest known media defamation settlement in U.S. history -- $787.5m. And it looks likely that Dominion will similarly win its defamation case against Newsmax as well. And for what reason?--for spreading the same lies you are perpetuating in your article.

To your credit, you resisted regurgitating Trump lawyer Sidney Powell's similarly disproven accusations of "Venezuelan ties" to Dominion machines that flipped to Biden votes cast for Trump, or Rudy Guiliani's yarn about the Georgia election workers stuffing ballot boxes, to which the judge and jury awarded the election workers $148m of "America's Mayor's" moolah.

But go ahead, keep on trying to divide Americans; it's just what Putin wants.
