Another issue is the fire hazard of massive battery storage facilities, to store the excess power generated during the day. The recent fire at Moss Point may now be out, but the ecological destruction of all the heavy metals etc spread far and wide there will persist for long after the flames and smoke. Please let us know where these facilities are locally, so as to warn anyone foolish enough to spend millions on a nearby home. You realtors ought to add this concern to the due diligence list, when you let potential buyers know about nearby potential hazards. And don’t forget to warn them that the nice little park on the back property line is slated to become a housing nightmare, which will make bad street parking impossible, to say nothing of neighborhood congestion.
