I worked for a school district for a number of years, it was a pre-K thru 6th elementary school, so I know they have curriculums they have to follow, but the subjects that you’re bringing up, they are not taught in school. They might have the materials, but they don’t teach it and if they did, permission notices slips were always sent home if a sensitive subject was going to be discussed and that was for fifth and six graders.
