No reason to limit billionaires. They took risks and chose to live in very gilded cages. No reason to envy them. They are depriving no one of any money, because none of what they earned would have existed in any other way. Only 17% of wealth is inherited. If this other 83% builds better mousetraps, have at it.

America can be proud it can still create billionaires. With much of this wealth being shares in their own companies, in which they now have an interest to do well. They tend to fail as easily as they rise, and often by the third generation much of it has all been dissipated anyway.

Check the $117 billion dollars in remittences going back to India, and the $46 billion in remittences going back to Mexico, if there is any cause against "billionaires" to take up. That money does not recirculate back into the US economy.

Much of the US oligarch wealth does recirculate internally. Who else is currently paying 40% of all state income taxes in California, besides our few remaining billionaires?
