In 1776 it was the status quo for Kings and centralized control. In the 1960's it was the we need government to "give" us freedom (think about it). From 2000 on it has been government by the small thinking Left saying government has to give you minimum wages, forced density housing that kills communities, narrowed streets and forcing you out of your car.
The small thinkers say government will give you. The expansive and free thinkers say what can the latest technology give us answers? Bio Tech is almost 100% with the answer of plastics, the Medical Tech has almost the answers for many cancers, and the list goes on.
But not the small thinkers who ignore population trends, are willing to take your rights, and then tell you how great they are as the iron fist of government continues to choke society.

I have tried to analyze the psyche of the average Harris supporter. Admittedly, it is complex and very difficult to rationalize as to why voters would favor the truly abysmal performance by the Biden/Harris administration. What’s to be in favor of? Raging prices and inflation, soaring crime, devastating illegal immigration, Europe on fire?
In the end, I have no explanation as to why responsible adults would support utter failure and despair. My only takeaway is some adults are triggered by Trump, that much is obvious. I am curious as to how these average Harris voters view male authority figures? Interaction with their own Father? Could it be the adolescent portion of the brain takes over and as teenagers do, they revolt against authority? Sure that’s it, they throw a tantrum when they are told by their Dad to clean their room, turn down their music, get a haircut and stop smoking weed in their room! Maybe if they’re threatened with taking away their allowance (in the form of higher taxes) they’ll come around?
Are we in for a Civil War 2? Anyone study the mentality of both the North and South back during Civil War 1? Was it a war of feeling superior, a righteous sense with regards to blacks being slaves. Just wondering if there are comparisons to be made of the past and present mentality. Only difference I see is the past North and South slave war is now the entire country war between Democrats and Republicans. Should we be stocking up on ammo?
The idea of voting for DJT, makes no sense to a lot of people. For them, the idea of putting him back in a position of power is horrifying. The idea of such a vengeful man being in a position of near unbridled power (thanks to his bought and paid for Supremes) is scary. Maybe Fox and Newsmax hasn't covered his desire to be "dictator for a day," we know they have downplayed his tieds to Project 2025 and carried water for his lies about the election.
Can you imagin one person, republican or democrat, having the power to replace thousands of government employees with their own crew? Putin might like that but I know no real Americans who trusts any man, much less a total nutjob like Trump, with such authority.
Maybe some people want the government in total chaos by doing things like getting rid of the ACA without a replacement plan, or dismantling lots of federal agencies like the DofEd without long-term plans.
If for no other reason, many Americans are choosing Harris because they value our Constitution and democratic republic and know that Trump values neither.

I have asked myself the exact same question and my perspective is that Harris/Walz voters have failed the test or life lessons on critical thinking, discernment (understanding what is true and what is not), unity (standing together in spite of others having different ideologies than you), acceptance (accepting others even if they think differently than you) and lastly compassion(being kind to each other regardless of your party affiliation). Sadly this is a sizeable population.
It is a known statistical fact: the more education a person has, the more likely he/she will be a liberal thinker. The crux of that statement refers to an education which promotes critical thinking, honesty, and concern for our fellow man.

Personally, I listen to a great number of former cabinet, staff, ambassadors, his own vice president, lawyers and
military appointments that Trump made while president.
Aside from Stormy Daniel’s, none know of his abilities and character better than they do.
He stated that “I only hire the best”, yet they all warn of having him serve another term.

Hi Jim, I researched it and yes you are right, Trump never said "all Mexicans."
However, on a CNN town hall he also said in May of 2023 that he will meet with Zelensky and Putin and, "I'll have that done in 24 hours."

It's simple. Harris voters are voting for a welfare check. Not a mystery...they simply don't care about all of the issues you listed.
