Trump rang the opening bell this morning for the New York Stock Exchange from the Oval Office. Today’s opening bell ushers in “Trump Accounts” which puts $1000 in a account for every American child born and invested in the US economy, which can be accessed at age 18 for education, starting a business or buying a home.

The Bull market under Trump has been extraordinary with the Dow reaching over 52000 and creating thousands more millionaires!

Why is investing in rental properties any different from other investing? Because the rental market has been politicized by leftist politicians. That’s right, putting the burden of public housing on the backs of private investors. Privately owned rentals have now joined healthcare, groceries and utilities as “guaranteed income” for those on the lower income scale, paid for by taxpayers.

SB is now sliding into socialism, advocated by low IQ politicians like Santamaria, Gutierrez, Harmon and Sneddon. This is obviously what the voters, who are overwhelmingly renters themselves, demand.

The remedy for property owners? Class action lawsuits against the city council.

At some point SCOTUS will have to rule on the constitutionality of this illegal confiscation of personal property.

I will never understand why it is called “common sense “ when it is so uncommon. I am sorry my facts don’t matter to your opinion. And any other sayings that address the incomprehensible left wing push towards the continuing growth of a socialist philosophy, the results of which have destroyed the vitality of numerous European countries.

Well documented Elizabeth. An immediate reaction has been the project on Hope Street is shifting from rental units to condos. The sequence has been open the borders, distribute and effectively hide the unvetted migrants by keeping no rereads or restrictions on where they go, pass sanctuary everything to prevent the feds from taking actions against even those committing crimes, from networks to oppose the feds efforts to enforce federal laws, kick the homeless (many of whom had just illegally crossed the border) off state properties, pass laws requiring cities to house them, and now stop landlords from charging a fair rent. Santa Barbarians continuing to elect the same set of smiling faces will ensure more of the same a la N.Y.C.
