Typical for my father, I never knew that about him until about 6 years ago when my own procedure revealed a trespasser on my appendix into the colon. After surgery, I called him to relate what had happened. Dad says, "Thank me for saving your life." (What the heck, I say!) He explains. For sure he was only paid an hourly rate for developing the scope, not profitting. And that was my father too. In Defense and Weaponry most of his career, he had always wanted to create stuff that saves life as opposed to destroys. Thanks Dad!

What a great article. I guess that liberal hate is everywhere. And even though I watch Fox news ( they report what other's don't),it too is very sensational. It's hard to get any truth about anything,so I've turned to YouTube and have some favorites that I watch there who have guests that are experts in their field or at least worked in the field of the subject being discussed. All the media does is promote hate and fear for clicks( viewership and money). As with the BBC,they edit clips to confuse and promote their left wing agenda.
Katie Couric has become a " personality" ,not a real journalist. Her and others like her have an attitude that definitely needs adjusting. And this attitude has infected print media also. I subscribe to NoozHawk online also the Santa Maria Times. Both are infested with people who write letters with uneducated and hateful views,and repeat the same propaganda of the national " news" agencies. Keep writing ,I appreciate your views.
It's not surprising really, even random young people on social media who otherwise have no engagement in politics publically have said rather deranged things about Charlie Kirk - arguing that his death was okay because he was a "transphobe, misogynist, homophobe-", that he cannot be a victim of terrorism because of his beliefs, and of course the equating of his beliefs with "hatred" etc. Mind you this young person was genuinely tweaking because they don't even have an audience yet they felt the need to post this. I wasn't even looking for this post of their and yet I came across it - so no you shouldn't be "alarmed" in these sense of this sentiment being unexpected.
I don't even get why these people care. I never followed Mr. Kirk, I didn't follow his presence at all and so seeing him in the news, knowing he was shot was jarring. To genuinely obsess over his death in such a vitriolic way shows the depravity of people's hearts and the lack of contrition for sin.

Where were they when Biden's SCOTUS appointee refused to define a woman. Where are they now watching Biden/Obama judges deny the 2024 Trump election, case by case by case with "temporary injunctions". Where were they when Trump won 2020 election misconduct cases and new facts continue to spill out every day about 2020 election irregularities uncovered in several key states.
