Thank you for the history lesson, a little science, some hygiene, and a dose of common sense. Berney

Interesting article Andy, releasing a balloon load of sulfur dioxide (SO2) anywhere will be quickly dispersed and do nothing ... it's a humongous atmosphere compared to a balloon load of SO2. During college in San Francisco, I found an old refrigerator probably from the 1930's using SO2 as a refrigerant. I knew the stuff was toxic so I released some of the refrigerant ... it will definitely temporarily shut down your breathing if you get a good whiff of the stuff.

My dad in Salem, MA (and where he was born) worked with the Salem Fire Department to go into burning buildings and shut down the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment using toxic refrigerants such as SO2 and ammonia refrigerants. My dad's dad did similar work of removing toxic chemicals nearby a fire. My dad was exempted service in the War because his services were needed by the fire department to go into fires and take care of shutting down or removal of toxic chemicals. One area of work my dad started with was refrigeration work and later got into Radio/Television repair.

Amazing!! And so absolutely possible with all the homelessness currently......everywhere.

And so believable that our city administrations are willing to turn a blind eye to the possible (or probable) situation.

Thank you for the info

Very interesting. Bill Gates was said to have been working on blocking the sun with the elites. Glad that also didn't happen.

Pretty ridiculous that a judge won't allow testing in camps to isolate the problem and stop the spread from harming others.

Why does Sparkle Ken Barbie want to be know for the nations worst homeless problem? Why can't the situation be resolved even with the Supreme ruling that those camps can be cleaned up with or without shelter.

It is inhumane for anyone to sleep on a curb or in a street.

With all that was millions that was for homeless yet that has been in accounted for in audit.

Does GN just not want to help so the Feds will give him more money and now with leprosy spreading, of which, they used to send people to an island because there wasn't a cure,is now being allowed to spread amongst the homeless for political reasons.

I'd also worry about all the street vendors in LA working next to the camps.

How sad

Of course you’re right on all of these points Andy. But reading and understanding history is now verboten in our school systems. and of course applying common sense to your cloud formation problem can’t happen because it seems no one has it anymore

The homeless enabling industry and the illegal alien smuggling party are both responsible for a health care crisis, I am surprised that non Democrats have not used this as a public message. You correctly point out Leptospirosis relative to vagrant camps, also since Democrats opened the border in 2020 rates of TB and of all things Leprosy have risen in proportion every year to the volume of illegals completely unvetted for crime or disease, entering our country. This should be the reason used for re migration of illegals, even Democrats don't want to get Leprosy one would assume. Well I take that back. They would take Leprosy if it meant hurting Trump. What can we say?

Yet they pushed COVID vaccines on us,arrested people at the beach, denied work and school for the non vaccinated.

Yet something as serious as Leprosy gets no support or to help the least of these.

Vaccination against Leptospirosis is recommended by veterinarians, because a dog sniffing urine in a public park where an infected rat or vagrant has peed can carry it home. They can even get it on their paws and then lick it off later grooming themselves. Your child's ball rolls into the bushes. Bingo. The bacteria can survive in moist soil for weeks.

And I thought popping balloons in the atmosphere, endangered all sea life!
