This Biden administration always reminds me of when Nixon was president and asked my lawyer dad to become head of the IRS with the stipulation that he use it to punish Nixon's enemies list. (My father turned it down.) I heard in later years from a friend whose own dad was close to Nixon — don't know if it's true — that Nixon said to him “They thought I was a crook? Wait'll they get a load of Clinton.” And he was right. The Democrats have made “Tricky” Dick look like an Eagle Scout.

You are so right Polly, and just when we thought it couldn’t get any worse, who comes along but Donald Trump.

I read this SPYING Article titled "The DOJ/FBI Spying on Political Opponents"

By Brent E. Zepke, Esq. I have a new title Closer to Home titled

"The DOJ/FBI/NSA/DIA/NCIS Spying on Santa Barbara"

As stated by Mr. Zepke, from the FBI Director Patel "Arctic Frost"

targeted Political Opponents by the Biden/Harris Administration.

This may taint many other FBI Public Corruption Investigations

that have solid evidence of Criminal Activity based on legal wiretaps

and additional methods of investigation. This is a tragedy because

many FBI agents in the field work days and nights to arrest criminals

that take years to bring their cases to the Court for Trial.

What, the FBI singling out and going after political foes? What a shocker! Keep moving folks, nothing to see here.

The FBI spying, bugging, eavesdropping and all around dirty tricks is nothing new. J. Edgar Hoover famously bugged Marlyn Monroe, MLK and other civil rights leaders in an attempt to get the “dirty laundry” on potential political enemies. Allegedly, having both JFK and RFK on tape, doing the deed with Norma Jean!

Ironic how JEH was seemingly paranoid of those who he viewed as problematic. All while being engaged in a scandalous homosexual relationship with his Deputy, Clyde Tolson for over 40 years and allegedly liked playing dress up in drag! Clearly, if revealed would have cost him his career. Hoover also apparently was a habitual gambler and loved the ponies at Del Mar.

This time, Jack Smith allegedly used a phony-baloney warrant to spy on sitting US Senators, why? Coincidentally, all Republicans…again, what a shocker! What was he after? No doubt trying in some way to frame Trump!

Hopefully, Smith et al, will be future local guests/inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution at Lompoc!

The admonition always given to anyone new to Wash DC is/was .....never trust anyone. One heck of a way to live, but it always proved true, sad to say.

During my own short spouse stint there during the Watergate years, pecking order was based upon how close was one's access to power. Which would always be dropped into the first few sentences, after introductions were made.

I just want to know if Paul Pelosi grifted any of Nancy's NSA data base access, in support of his amazingly prescient stock picks.

The comment that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely is true.

In times of less intensity (Cold War - Vietnam - Afghanistan) the how about a favor here and there (wink) was not as impactful as today. At the Federal level and large State (fyi Calif.) the long range impacts are what everyone needs to look to.

Cell phones, Wi-Fi, make eavesdropping almost a child's game. Encryption is the only protection left and with the explosion of AI even that is a matter of minutes unless the code is AI Sourced.

This quote """ That is a question I would have classified as ridiculous. Until, that is, the Biden-Harris administration.

And, what began as a doubt during the Obama-Biden presidency was confirmed during the Biden-Harris one. """"

When it was clear that the Weather Underground and its killers were friends with the Obama's and still are, anyone had to not question any spy charges. and had to be taken seriously (whether Rep. of Blue Dogs).

Want to bet that the anti-US attitude openly exhibited by previous administrations made easy access by the Putin's, Hamas, and ben Laden's of the world to information detrimental to this country?

Where are the indictments for liars to FISA Courts? Where is the questioning of FISA Courts that never bothered to question the background as long as they were anti Republican or Trump

Supporters?

That is the real bottom line of Mr. Zepke's article.......

The movie Mr. Smith goes to Washington is a far cry of Mr. Smith and the Biden Administration.

Brent, Sorry to change the subject but I have to tell Scott something.

I very much enjoyed your letter to the Ed. on Noozhawk this past Saturday. In addition to it, I also liked watching Josh Molina's podcast on YouTube. On Monday he had Robin Elander and on Friday he interview Sullivan Israel regarding the present state of State street. Mr. Israel, while being a good speaker, he's only 25 and boy is he idealistic. I was probably the same way at that age.

Now back to your regular scheduled programming.

Good Article outlining the workings of FISA & recent (illegal) activities…

let’s remember that FISA goes both ways…”The Trump FBI has announced that the Biden-Harris era is over, and they are investigating those involved in those activities.”

Treasonous acts may be criminal, but criminal acts are almost never treason. As Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution specifies, “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.” The Founders went out of their way to define treason narrowly because they knew how it had been repeatedly abused in the past...

Thank you for the detailed RealReal story of Biden's Arctic Frost spying on political opponents. My own time line goes back however to Obama and his insider Russia-gate FISA abuse.

When the GW Bush Patriot Act was crammed down post 9-11, we were warned there would be days like this. And thus they came to pass.

Huh? What’s all this FISA, Magistrate review etc. baloney. Politics is a dirty business - Nixon and the boys proved that. Obama / Biden just got caught with their hands in the cookie jar. If I was President I’d have an ‘operative’ hiding under every opponent’s bed !

Yerp, I have been living the world as you describe for the past four years starting in 2021 in SB and now in Dalton, GA. I wonder how much money the FBI has spent tracking me, etc. Oh well, I've got my own plans with them folks, a lawsuit for $100M. My hunch is the FBI doesn't want me talking because they did too much barking up the wrong tree. There's a day and night shift across the street monitoring our Internet. Someone entered the house last week and placed a TP-Link range extender unit in a corner front room. I discovered this unit when replacing bait traps around the house. The device location is obvious ... fewer wall interference between our house and the house across the street. Grok said the particular range extender is probably good for 100 to 300 feet open-air distance. The added extender would be the last place we'd place to extend our Internet within the house. I've got so many lawsuit possibilities which includes SB. The Dalton City Government has some corrupted individuals, too. Dalton Police Department and Water Department for sure. The FBI uses their advertised "volunteer" companies which hire a lot of Hispanics. The Hispanics are used to carry out their thug stuff, things like planting a range extender or sabotaging things. I think I was planted here to bring down the FBI.
