Unrest is the tool of the socialist/fascist movement. Create a society that is "out of control"; as you aptly described, and suddenly you need someone to "address it". We used to think "A Clockwork Orange" was "Crazy-Ville" , yet our current youth seem to be filling the roles. You have a Supervisor with a Ph..D. and a law degree who is incapable of reading a plot map showing her property line 8 feet from an oil pipe line. You have a Mayor in L.A. who states illegals and and long term residents should be allowed to vote. Forget the laws and effort if you want to vote you have to do the work (called citizenship). The projected exodus from Calif. because a punishing wealth tax could easily be $400+ billion (instead of being invested here). Who did this one? The likes of Newsom, Pro-tem, and others (you know the French Laundry types).
You have ethnic types who pound the tables and state it isn't fair and reparations! Forget families like mine faced prejudice from the British Empire, and then faced more prejudice but eventually overcame it. That will start by keeping the Congress majorities in November so that policies and justified laws are kept in place and enforced.
