Like anything else, these drugs have not been used for weight loss and we will only know the real issues when it’s to late. If you read the side effects it is obvious that this is not going to be good for your body. No quick fix is ever the solution. It’s sad to me that this is even being given for weight loss except in conditions of diabetes.
Not too wordy and to the point. I have some books on Cancer ( lung) that I checked out from Ridley tree cancer center. I need good medical info. Not a-lot of stories. They say everyone's different but then site this or that person experience. The last time I saw my primary care he told me I should go to E.R. I kind of dismissed that and said I'd rather make an appointment and use E.R. for desperate cases. He ended the exam real quick. I think I bruised his ego.
I wonder sometimes if he was right. The Hospitol
did find I had cancer in my lung and so I had radiation done. A CT scan in a month or 2 will help figure out my options. My scan right after
radiation did not show much so I'll have to wait.
I know what it's like to go to E.R. I was coughing up blood and they took me right in but then sent me home. I think that's why I hesitated on going back there. I want to have the best doctor not one that happens to be there. They could be the best and I would not know it.
I guess I want to live in a way not to be the one forced into an Emergency Room.
I read this very interesting Health article titled "The Latest Weight-Loss “Therapy”
By Dr. Paul Aijian. Dr. Aijian is suggesting to us that health is a little bit more
than taking drugs, fasting and I quote "These are powerful tools, but they are not magic.
They work best when paired with real changes in how we eat, move, and live."
The way we live..... BINGO by Dr. Aijian.
1. Get good sleep
2. Wake early
3. Eat to manage your energy thru the day
4. Have a "Time Out" during the day; Exercise, Yoga or Pray while running.
5. And take Time to Calm down
6. If you do not have a Life-Partner, get a Furry Friend
As Dr. Aijian is suggesting Balance your life
