2 corrections if I may:

As in the past, the team is presently rocked with dissension, dismissals, and is dismayed and discouraged by current events.

The enthusiasm that resulted in three contested races for the unnecessarily obscure Santa Barbara County Republican Party Central Committee is driven by deep hunger for change at the top, not satisfaction with the current leadership.

I could continue with almost every aspect of the rest of the piece – including addressing the cheap insinuation that the Unite2Win805.org slate is not inclusive, but I have better things to do.

If you want to continue with the team that celebrates chaos over clarity, seat-of-the-pants over strategy, opacity over transparency, choose team Bobbi.

Otherwise, go with the Unite2Win805 candidates. https://unite2win805.org

Kamala could write an article about how great their team has done.

Too little, too late Team. It’s time to VOTE in new leadership, to expand from 22 insiders in the loop to 2,200 or more committed locals to victories. The only persons I hear singing praises for SBRCC are its current Exec Committee Members, a closed, self- protective group. Never once have I heard a candidate thank SBRCC for any support, not have I seen needed strong, prepared Republicans recruited and prepared for candidacy. Most registered GOP in Santa Barbara County have never heard of SBRCC, asking ‘What’s That?’. Significant GOP local major donors have never been approached for the funding required to run the Committee, plus support the few electable candidates. Let’s start with a million. I’ve been often told “Republicans are independent, individualistic types preferring to be left alone rather than network and organize.” Well, we’ve lost South County to irreversible damage. The Dems have created and funded most local NPOs and NGOs — 900 of them —to ensure hundreds of millions in cash flow for their causes, and also to ensure any defeated candidate a high paying job. Defeated GOP are blacklisted left on their own. It’s time for networking and organizing of Republicans and NPPs determined to have a voice in Santa Barbara County. It’s time to attract youth: YAF is ignored as are its trained students. Young professional capitalists, Constitutionalists, and taxpayers are ignored. Outreach is desperately needed which will take ‘buy-in’ from many hundreds to support, not just 22 unknowns running the secret club called SBRCC.

Your post says it all. It never ceases to amaze me that EVEN the too few successfully elected GOP officials, including you Joan, are unaware that there is a SBRCC, that there’s a SBRCC Office (unknown, mostly locked & inaccessible) in South County, and that somewhere 90 GOP were elected (uncontested positions presumably). I’d like to YELL THANK YOU, for your two decades of volunteer services as a highly valued, respected, articulate informed SBCC Trustee admired for your stamina and courage against mounting monthly adversity. As I was told by Sam Wake, Gertrude Calderon and long time close friend Eli Luria: you are exemplary, exceptional, and more! Your strength beyond compare.
