California is Not “Normal”

Our incoming president isn’t waiting around, he’s already started to build the wall: around California.

California is whack-a-doodle.

Literally from its ashes, a potential new Kamala Harris 2.0 could rise and attempt to bring the insanity of the loony state to the rest of the country. The scary thing is, our governor, Gavin Newsom, speaks like Harris. His word salads, however, are on steroids, but he does it convincingly. Those who are still licking their wounds are desperate to take the country back to the woke nightmare they had created; they’ll vote for him. As smarmy as Newsom is, I’ll give it to him, he’s slick and a smooth a talker; he's right up there with Slick Willy and Barry Obama.

I know I’m writing this perhaps a bit prematurely, but as many of us have discovered, four years is nothing. Presidential campaigning will begin in twenty-four short months. For Newsom, he’s already off and running. Should he be the one Democrats ultimately choose, it will be up to Californians who think logically to inform the rest of America what they’ll be in for.

I won’t bore myself or the rest of you with stats. We already know California is first in how much everything costs and just about last in education. And when it comes to gas, the California Air and Resources Board – at the behest of Newsom – recently adopted new “climate rules” some say could raise our already over-the-top gas prices by another 90 cents. For what? To give Donald Trump the finger? To “save” the environment? One forest fire – and we have hundreds every year – makes any miniscule attempt to control the climate mute for a thousand years.

That’s my scientific assessment and I’m sticking to it.

The Oil Derangement Syndrome

California is so rich in oil that enough could be produced to sell to other states, but instead we import it. Who and what are we “saving” it for?

The Left pretends that because we pooh-pooh oil in the precious state of California that we are perfect. Californians, they believe, can breathe easier in their fantasy bubble, play-acting that they’re doing the right thing.

The phony position of all the measures psycho-obsessed climate-change activists in California have taken is, in realty, a hatred for oil companies. It’s a lop-sided version of TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome): Oil Derangement Syndrome (ODS). Truthfully, the ultimate goal is to make it so expensive and difficult to drive a car that you’ll be forced to take the dangerous and often completely inconvenient public transpiration. Maybe use the bullet train. Oh wait, there are no tracks yet.

One of the defining moments for candidate Harris was when she was on “The View.” She was asked should she become president, would she do anything differently. She paused and then said, “No. Nothing comes to mind.” She wouldn’t change a thing. It was perhaps her only honest answer in the entire campaign.

Should Newsom get hold of the presidential reins, we can pretty much guarantee, he won’t change a thing either. Newsom has no introspection. As far as he’s concerned, things are going along just fine.

Making $218,000 a year as governor isn’t nearly enough to buy a decent house in California. His wife, using some LLC, bought a $9.1-million 6,000 sq ft mansion for him. Outside Newsom’s walls lies massive poverty and an out-of-control homeless crisis.

So much for the little people. But California hasn’t been for those people in years. Controlled by a super majority of Woke-obsessed public officials (many of whose election “victories” are declared after all the late mail-in ballots are counted), those people have no hope of finding sanity any time soon.

In a state run and controlled by leftist libs, you can’t keep track of all the election shenanigans. Couple that with the power of “Medal of Freedom” recipient George Soros and the billionaires of the north who like things the way they are, Newsom’s family members, including Nancy Pelosi, can manipulate any outcome. I don’t need proof, just common-sense. Unless people wake up as they did in middle America, Democrats will continue to ruin this state unfettered and Newsom will try and bring the same philosophy to Washington and the rest of the country if he gets that chance.

Wallowing in the Good Times Ahead

If that were to happen, after all the good Trump will accomplish, what a shame it would be to open the door again to the crazies. In the meantime, we can look forward to four prosperous years and relish in the joy of it all, while the Dems put Xanax on automatic refill.

The word being bantered around today by voters who were disgusted by the outlandish direction the country had taken, is: normal. They want things to go back to normal.

Is that asking too much?

If a guy like Newsom manages to slip into the Oval Office, the last thing you’re going to get is normal.

One other scary thing looming is the prospect of Kamala running for governor of California. Holy hell! She’s a shoo-in if she wins the Democrat nomination. One of the main reasons I’m glad the election is over is that I don’t have to listen or see her anymore. I’m a pretty tolerant guy, but I found her insufferable. I can still hear that cackle. If we’re forced to see her again, aaaaaaagh!

For the time being we can wallow in the good times ahead. Now if we can only keep Biden’s minions from starting a nuclear war before January 20….

We need normal.
