Undersold?
What a gentle way of saying disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo lied.
Trust the NYT to spin a double-standard faster than a tornado.
In March 2020, the New York State Health Department directed nursing homes to readmit patients who tested positive for Covid, effectively murdering thousands of senior citizens.
At the governor’s insistence, they tried to conceal it!
The gentle NYT’s version…
Mr. Cuomo was asked repeatedly about a State Health Department report that deflected blame for the thousands of people who died of Covid at nursing homes in early 2020. Mr. Cuomo… insisted he had no memory of seeing it before its release.
But a review of emails and congressional documents appears to show how Mr. Cuomo not only saw the report, but personally wrote parts of early drafts.

The New York State Health Department presented nursing home data that concealed the deaths of 4,100 people, according to an audit by the state comptroller.

“Things like the autopsy report, the House has it under subpoena. We don’t have it,” Sen. Ron Johnson told reporters.
“[The] toxicology report; we don’t have any of the trajectory reports. So, where’d the bullets go? We don’t even know how they handled the crime scene,” said Johnson of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
“We haven’t been able to interview the sniper who took out [Thomas] Crooks,” Johnson said.
Johnson described that the few documents which had been provided to the lawmakers were “heavily redacted.”

“California accused of trying to keep children’s gender identity a secret from parents” (The Telegraph)
State Governor Gavin Newsom in July signed off on legislation which prevents teachers from being required to notify parents about their children’s gender identity or sexual orientation.
In other words, children – according to goofy Gav – are not supposed to be raised by their parents, but by the state, which advocates children buying into a Hollywood celebrity trend of allowing their bodies to be mutilated by greedy surgeons willing to cut off girls’ breasts and boys’ genitals with taxpayer money.

The good news: Governor Gruesome will be challenged in court.
Michael Gates, the City Attorney of Huntington Beach accused the state of “unconstitutional overreach.” describing the proposed law as “an intrusion into private family matters.
“We’ll have our day in federal court, and we believe pretty strongly that the state’s law violates the 14th amendment of the US constitution.”
The lawsuit states that the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution guarantees the right of parents to make decisions about their minor children, particularly regarding the right to refuse medical treatment — in this case, social transitioning.
Amen, brother.

After he signed three new laws regulating political ads and parodies produced by artificial intelligence, the Babylon Bee parody site produced one flouting the law and mocking him.
It uses what’s called a “deepfake” of his voice praising such “achievements” as people leaving the state and the homeless crisis.

Democracy thrives through freedom of speech, including deep fakes and other parodies.
These and other AI bills the governor may sign almost certainly will be rejected in the courts.

A guest questioner tried to get specific, asking that the Kamel explain her plan “to help lower the cost of living.”

In terms of both rightly having the right to have aspirations and dreams and ambitions for your family and working hard and finding that the American dream is, for this generation and so many recently, far more elusive than it’s been.”

Who could possibly want four years of this senseless babble?

Former Speaker Nancy Pelosi actually told Semafor interviewer Kadia Goba, “We had an open primary and she [Harris] won it. Nobody else got in the race because she was politically astute and that was the thought."
Has Nancy lost her marbles?
The thought? What thought? And who thought that thought – she and Barrack?
I guess poor Nance forgot the thought that RFK, Jr. tried very hard to get into the race as a Democrat, but the DNC blocked him from democratically entering Nancy’s “open” primaries.
And Nance also forgot the thought that Kamala Harris did not run in the primaries!
On the surface, it look as if senility has claimed a second senior politician. (Time for term and age limits.)
But the reality is worse: Thoughtful Pelosi is prevaricating (a fancy word for lying) –and doing so because she believes Americans are generally too stupid to notice.

It is Israel that is answering a brutal invasion by Hamas last October and subsequent hostage executions (with Hezbollah complicit).
To the perpetual of dismay of Hamas/Hezbollah (and their state supporter, Iran), answers provided by the Israelis are not only correct but also imaginative, ingenious, and highly effective.
Thankfully, all Hamas invasion rapists and murderers are doomed – and the 72 virgins they anticipate in the afterlife are actually highly skilled serpents.

As most people know, Kamala’s father is black. Her mother was Indian.
Most of us boomers don’t care one iota about the color of anyone’s skin. Black, brown, white, or purple – it’s all the same to us.
What matters when it comes to supporting a political candidate (male or female) is character, intelligence, conviction, the willingness to honestly express an agenda, and the fortitude to follow it through if elected.
Janet is a good example of why airhead celebrities should shut the hell up. Their opinions are meaningless. Often (like Janet), they don’t know what they’re yakking about yet strive to use their dubious influence as actors or musicians to sway fans into seeing life through their very entitled lenses, a.k.a. optical rectosis.
Rule of thumb: If a political message is coming out of drug-addled Hollyweird… RUN!
Enjoy their movies, listen to their music.

The good news about the Democrats and their Neocon and intel gang is that they've all gotten really bad at destroying their enemies. They tried to destroy the Babylon Bee and only inspired them to more satire. They tried to destroy Huntington Beach - the CA city that my Dem friends insist is run by fascists but which is a model of resistance against our truly totalitarian governor - and Huntington is fighting back. They tried to assassinate Trump twice and failed. They tried to ruin RFK Jr with a sexting set-up affair and his supporters couldn't care less - in fact, I'm willing to bet a number of Kamala supporters are thinking “at least he can write a coherent sext.” So for those of you who are worried they will find a way to cheat back into the White House and destroy America - I think they've proven that they're not up to pulling off destroying anyone anymore.
