Books were banned nationally such as ‘The Creatures of Jeckl Island’; and others stymied, such as ‘Revolution’, boycotted by book store owners controlling information and thereby thought, opinion and ultimately votes. Various realities make it difficult to motivate citizens to participate, to act except for self-protection or enhancements (free stuff). AI now generates articles, responses too, adding to effective externally controls. Thanks for the reminder.
