An octopus kills its prey by slowly and steadily wrapping its eight tentacle legs around victims, suffocating the victim, or paralyzing it with venom, and cutting it with its bird like beak, one victim at a time. This is much like the organized crime involved in the voting and the election process that is happening. It has been perfected in California, and is now slowly spreading, one state at a time, to important elections, like New York, Texas, and other vulnerable targets.
While investigators, such as Bill Essayli, are looking into these election crimes in California, the tendency is to search for big crimes that will be easy to solve, quickly, instead of all the little things that add up to a huge steal.
Big crimes are not the problem, it is a lot of low-level organized crime that is rigging the elections in California. The organized crime leaders have perfected this process and are now passing this information to other states. While President Trump and others like to use the slogan “Too big to Rig.”
On a local level, with these rigged election processes in play, it makes it too difficult for a “too big to rig“ scenario to occur. Criminals have this perfected on the local level. I don’t know what all these low-level election rigging crimes are, and over each election cycle, as the process is perfected, they keep changing it. But I do know what some of them are and have been from my experiences.
During my campaigns in Santa Barbara, the head of the GOP has never shown up for a visual inspection during the calibration of the Dominion machines. She has the right to be present during that calibration and the leader of our SBGOP has, conveniently, not shown up for that process; that is a big problem.
When it shows on election night that you beat somebody by double in the polling place, and then lost by double that amount in the mail-in-ballot race, that’s a problem.
When you question the elections office about the possibility of a recount, and the first response is a phone call from an individual at the elections office telling you that you’re a generating fees in the amount of $11,500 per day for just asking the question about an election recount, that is a problem.
I received that threatening phone call when I ran for Santa Barbara County Superintendent of Schools in 2022.
When you demand that the election office give you a written cost as to what it will take to have an election recount, and the fee is upwards of $20,000 and it will take weeks to recount, that is a problem.
When legislators, at the state level in California, are allowed to change the governing body’s rules, such as the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing’s (CTC) laws through its legislation, to close a system like the education system to outsiders, and block a candidate from the ballot, that is a problem.
In California, we did not lose these elections, they have been stolen. Nobody in Southern California wants AG Rob Bonta, L.A. Mayor Karen Bass or Niythia Ramen. Nobody wants Xavier Becerra as Governor or Richard Barrera for Superintendent of Public Instruction. What we have lost is the ability to deal with the crime and corruption that is causing the rigging of our elections and the further spread of this rigging and corruption across our states.
I don’t know what the solution is but I do see the problem.
I believe we have to use strategies, on the local level to deal with the corruption. We need to rally together and become “crime fighters” and not fall into the victim mentality of “sore losers.”
We must file lawsuits against these individuals, and I will be the fastest and the first but I do need help. We need legal aid and strong attorneys that will go the distance for our cases, as if our lives are on the line.
Because they are.

The phantom voter fraud excuse when GOP leaning candidates lose? It could not be that their candidates, policies and track record have resulted in them being voted out, could it????
As Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., who’s in line to chair the powerful House Oversight Committee, put it on X, “Lawyer up.”
They’re coming after us. The interesting part of all this is, what superb projectionists the Democrats truly are.
Ask yourself, what crimes the Democrats accusing conservatives of committing? From corruption to gerrymandering, rigging elections to rigging energy sources, they feel they are better people because they say they are against those things. What does it say about them, if the truth is known, that they have been participants for ages? The best way to save face is to blame Republicans and conservatives for all of it, and claim they only work for the people.
And to calling certain people or their behavior by the usual “Nazi”, “Fascist”, “Racist”, “—phobe”, it is usually immediately obvious that the caller is actually the callee.
So, I guess, lawyer up.
