The phantom voter fraud excuse when GOP leaning candidates lose? It could not be that their candidates, policies and track record have resulted in them being voted out, could it????

Christy Lozano's avatar

Nope. There is utter and complete fraud in our election process Bruce.

Loweg's avatar

No, it is the iron grip exerted today by the powerful government employee unions that locked out any possibility of free and fair elections. That is your reality check, Bruce. Own it.

Howard Walther's avatar

Bruce as a concerned Citizen I would suggest you take a very close look at what has gone down in Santa Barbara.

Jim Fiolek's avatar

As Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif., who’s in line to chair the powerful House Oversight Committee, put it on X, “Lawyer up.”

They’re coming after us. The interesting part of all this is, what superb projectionists the Democrats truly are.

Ask yourself, what crimes the Democrats accusing conservatives of committing? From corruption to gerrymandering, rigging elections to rigging energy sources, they feel they are better people because they say they are against those things. What does it say about them, if the truth is known, that they have been participants for ages? The best way to save face is to blame Republicans and conservatives for all of it, and claim they only work for the people.

And to calling certain people or their behavior by the usual “Nazi”, “Fascist”, “Racist”, “—phobe”, it is usually immediately obvious that the caller is actually the callee.

So, I guess, lawyer up.

Howard Walther's avatar

Jim all you need to do is look very carefully right here in Good Ole Santa Barbara for the Corruption and it is significant.

Jim Fiolek's avatar

Howard, it pains me to inform you that you don’t have to look carefully at all. As the saying goes, “If it were a snake, it would’a bit ya’!” I’ll show you how to apply the tourniquet.

Howard Walther's avatar

I already have been bitten by that venomous deadly snake and miraclousely survived.

Criminality and fraud in deep blue precincts? Shocking. Of course there is, and no amount of word salad from local “blue warriors” doing a Mexican hat dance over the latest election results will change this. History is ripe with examples of blue dog chicanery; literacy tests, guessing number of jellybeans in a bottle, poll taxes, throwing a election in Chicago in the middle of the 60’ presidential election, Black Panthers threatening violence in Chicago outside of a election precinct, on and on. By who? Democrats have a legacy of fraud and corruption, it’s part of their culture. They can’t help themselves! Stealing, cheating just like the Somali massive fraud which has engulfed Minnesota.

Voter ID with facial recognition is the only way to sanitize our elections from the contagion of Leftist trickery.

BTW, at the rate of Socialism and Communism cannibalizing the Dem Party, future elections may become unnecessary. You know, just like the CCP whereby there is a slate of approved party members, pick one.

Yes, the “blue tsunami” may be short lived as the natives are already restless and cannibalizing one another, ie what’s for dinner?…each other!

Wait, where is all the burning, looting and mayhem we usually see from blue cities? Oh that’s right, that’s when they don’t get their way, got it!

David Bergerson's avatar

Yeah, Jan 6 never happened. Pfft.

I honestly suspect that you could not even define socialism or communism.

"Voter ID with facial recognition is the only way to sanitize our elections from the contagion of Leftist trickery."

You may be on to something. It seems fishy that Trump was elected . . . TWICE.

The people who are posting this on these forums are the whinest sore losers ever. Get over it. You lost. You can now sit in the position and complain about Democrats. Wait, nvm, you have already been doing that.

LT's avatar

Able to define communism? You’re kidding right, or just too arrogant or ignorant (maybe both)? My in-laws fled CZ with their lives, losing everything, living in a refugee camp. Don’t lecture me, son.

Ya, Bergie don’t know your situation in life, (don’t care either) but you must be getting goosebumps over your personal tax liability for paying for Medicare-for-all and the $42 trillion cost? Right?

David Bergerson's avatar

I am not your son. How or why your parents fled from the Czech Republic is not relevant to the question. You are not your parents.

Obviously, whatever school system you came from failed. You are horrendous at math. You failed to even answer the questions.

You are showing yourself to be nothing more than a lemming who lacks critical thinking and the ability to communicate anything other than a phrase you heard over and over. In fact, you guys are like parrots.

Want to try again or just walk away?

LOL, down to just trading just insults Bergeron. Democrat yet again expose themselves as one-trick ponies. You fade so quickly. Where is your grit.

SEIU et al operatives out in full force today. The scent of spilled blood made them rabid and they move into even this website hoping for a fatal kill shot. Glad we discomfit them enough to even bother.

But this is their shot across the bow - NO opposition will be tolerated. Even if it means just being annoying and raising bogus issues. Over and over again. Containment remains the best defense.

But they have tasted blood so they are voracious now to finally seal the deal - 100% takeover. ( No Kings, ha!) Which will yet again trigger their own demise and expose them as the hypocrites they have always been.

See the new caravans of illegals lunging at our borders? See the teachers unions salivating over this new crop of taxpayer funded cash cows and their own full employment guarantees?

GM's avatar

To all this doubting fraud ,LA has 20k illegal voters on their rolls that they have been fighting in court.

Why would they fight that? Why was prop 39 not passed iif the doubters think there is nobl fraud?

The green light was given to investigate those rolls the eve of midterms.

Do you all see any Republican protesting either because of the loss.

Proves who the Dems are and their violent and hateful rhetoric will continue.

Don't be fooled by their promises to help people. They will only help themselves as you can see it has already started with Massive proclaiming to impeax Hegeseth.

Why wouldn't they proudly say let's lower gas prices or end the war?

David Bergerson's avatar

Another conservative who has amnesia. January 6 happened.

Gosh DB , is Epstein, Epstein, Epstein no longer giving you any traction. Now you yammer Jan 6, Jan 6, Jan 6 instead. No one believes your version of it, but it is a lot easier for you to type out.

No one buys your version of Jan 6, but it does confirm from Day One Democrats have no real issues to put into play. Why is that? What are you still trying to cover up about what really went down on Jan 6?

David Bergerson's avatar

In due time, quite a few things will come out. The Epstein files will be one of them.

January 6 was real.

Loweg's avatar

Jan 6 was a deep state, Anfifa operation. Democrats continued fascination with Epstein at this point is purely prurient. Why are you skipping the 900 gadzillon felony convictions? Those are always part of the TDS trifecta too.

Christy, I understand your frustration over elections in California. But there is one irrefutable fact, the registered voters in California are approximately 49% Democrat, while about 25% are Republican, around 25% are registered as Independent, who have a tendency to vote for Democratic party candidates. The numbers tell the story. The Republican party in California is a shadow. In California there is no California Republican political leader. As you pointed out, the local leader is an aging phantom. The party in California is carried, unsteadily, mainly by a small bunch of older folks. I vote for Republican candidates in every election and, then weep.

Loweg's avatar

The lurking game changers today are the younger registered "independents". They played their hand in this election - voted a solid DSA socialist majority. All products of our own tax-payer funded education system. Let that sink in. They all babble the same sound bites that someone else put into their mouths.

Derek Hanley's avatar

I agree, this is true across the country. This is a "give me" generation. The economy is not in their favor. AI is scaring the pants of many because start-up jobs they used, or want to use, to enter the workforce are at risk. Socialism promises stability and equalization of shares in the economy. Who can beat that?

Loweg's avatar
1hEdited

All former entry level jobs gotten taken over by first generation illegals, due to "bi-lingual" preferred job application requirements.

Demands to make a "living wage" career out of working low skill jobs at McDonalds with no job-turnover for these entry level low skill jobs has been an insidious change in old employment patterns as well.

Open borders pushed by the Democrat unions, did create the current generational employment malaise we are now seeing.

Christy Lozano's avatar

Your stats are correct, but lack of votes is not the primary problem.

Corruption in the elections system is the MAJOR PROBLEM and is spreading slowly through the US and if we don’t stop it, it will take everything over.

THEY COUNT ON YOU, TO BLAME REPUBLICANS FOR NOT VOTING, TO CONTINUE WHAT THEY’RE DOING. If we don’t get out of this thinking, and fight the real war, We will be sunk.

When Americans move away from God, and country, and the equal individual rights demanded in the constitution. When Americans blindly follow group thought. Satan wins elections.

David Bergerson's avatar

God is fictional. In fact, I hope more people move away from that. Nothing like two sisters getting their dad drunk to have sex with them and get knocked up. I would prefer society not use the morals in the bible, but morals grounded in society.

Voting isn't moving away from the country; it is moving toward it. The Constitution, as written, does not have equal rights. Those are in the amendments.

God is with us and He wants us to fight, so it would be helpful, instead of making excuses for what’s happening, take your own advice and get let’s busy. Be one of those Christians that you speak of.

David Bergerson's avatar

God wants people to fight.

Christians are supposed to FIGHT?

Where is this remnant for all the boys who were raped in the church?

I read this article titled "California’s Insidious Election Octopus Strikes Again"

By Christy Lozano and I quote from the Key statements below>

"I believe we have to use strategies, on the local level to deal with the corruption. We need to rally together and become “crime fighters” AND "I don’t know what the solution is but I do see the problem."

I have been very vocal here at SB Current what is really going down in Lil Ole Santa Barbara.

Please review this from DD Bogino on X>>

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgx03mopbIU

"The Director and I are committed to Stamping Out Public Corruption and the Political Weapornization of law enforcement, Intelligence Operations; it is a priority for us ... what I have learned .... Has shocked me down to my Core."

Let’s not forget Newsome passing a law making illegal to record anyone committing an act of fraud and posting it on the web. And we can’t get the justice system to stop ludicrous laws like that from becoming law.

John Doe's avatar

Fraud? What happened in the Midterms was a repudiation of the fake MAGA agenda. This administration rather than remaining quiet and lowering the cost of living has done everything in its power to anger people or give the media an excuse to run campaigns against the President and his administration.

The Iran was a total disaster, and I'm tired of the rightists who defend it. If we pulled out of the Middle East they would have no reason to hate us. It was a war that Israel dragged us into and we kept giving billions of dollars; some 30 billion since 2023 alone.

The republican party if it wants to win needs to embrace isolationism, focus on lowering the costs of living, stop it's detente with big business and cease it's "social welfare is socialism" slop. Young people don't buy the republicans economic policies - and they will continue to vote democrat if the costs of living increases , which it will.

wayne morgan's avatar

More unproven conspiracy theories. No facts. Can't the authors that present on the current discuss some real topic of concern? Maybe that's why the Republicans took a drubbing last Tuesday.

David Bergerson's avatar

It is pure hubris. They cannot fathom that someone doesn't believe in the same policies they do. They are anti-democratic.

Loweg's avatar

Yawn. You are not even reaching your stride, DB. You are taking all the easy shots. No sale.

David Bergerson's avatar

Christy Lozano's avatar

Actually, your wrong Wayne. Plenty of facts in my article.

wayne morgan's avatar

Yeah, like "In California, we did not lose these elections, they have been stolen. " Where's the proof?

Loweg's avatar

This is going to be a long two years for the Democrats. They must destroy any and all position voices, just by being repetitive and noisy. How long are you going to hold out here too? Democrats want to be Kings .What irony.

Ginger Lordus's avatar

Elections have been and will continue to be stolen until we have a blockchain or other safe voting system. Clearly, the fraud has been identified and within 43 (now) days DNI Jay Clayton will give DJT a complete report and the take down of this corrupt system will occur. See EO 13848

David Bergerson's avatar

That is absurd. Why is it that when REPUBLICANS are in charge, only then are election frauds occurring? Trump won twice against democrats; thus, they were in charge.

Blockchain is one of the most ignorant, unconstitutional, and dangerous ways to hold an election. Do you really want to know how someone voted? Why even have elections? Just announce the winners.

Voting keeps being proven to be safe. Those who study it for a living, partisan and non-partisan, say it is safe. Only people who think that everyone has to think like they do think it is rigged.

Mark's avatar

Censorship violates my first amendment in the public space!

Mark's avatar

Like I said, when America falls away from God, Country, and the individual equal protections intended by the Constitution. Then Satan wins elections. By some of the responses to this statement. They demonstrate how true a statement it is.

Eric Ryan's avatar

Election oversight is welcome and important. But disappointment at the outcome of an election doesn't suggest a criminal conspiracy. If you have evidence of fraud, produce it. If you have a witness' sworn statement, show it. To your points:

California law says the candidate requesting a recount is responsible for advancing the estimated cost. If the recount changes the outcome, the money is refunded. That's not corruption. The law applies to all of the candidates.

California has a multilayered system (state, county, and independent Board) of oversight for preparing, programming, and testing voting equipment. A party has the right to observe audits of the voting system's software and source code, penetration tests, hardware and functional testing. But a Party choosing not to observe in no way diminishes the integrity of independent oversight.

Let's remember that Fox News paid nearly $800 million to resolve a lawsuit over the promotion of false election-fraud claims involving the same voting technology you're again suggesting is part of an organized criminal conspiracy.

In addition:

- Voting systems are isolated from the internet and external networks.

-Software and hardware have chain-of-custody requirements.

-Equipment is secured during storage and transportation.

-California requires paper ballots (which allow auditing).

-Election officials conduct a mandatory 1% manual tally

We've all been disappointed by the outcomes of elections. And both sides have people jump to the accusation of election fraud when they do. But the rate of actual proven fraud is less than one vote in a million (and of those, the votes split between candidates!).

Try to win the voters next time.

Jarrell Jackman's avatar

2024 republicans gloated; 2026 democrats are gloating. It would be nice if more time was spent on governing than gloating. Instead, atavism rules as the winners spend too much time punishing their opponents. My experience with potential voter rigging is a friend told us that when she showed up at the polls, she was told records showed she had already voted. This is the only direct evidence we have of possible rigging. Our friend was given a new ballot. I assume she had to show an ID. This is anecdotal but it triggers paranoia. It seems to me that voting machines, voter harvesting, and mail-in ballots have great potential for manipulation, but then I remind myself that my wife and I use mail-in ballots.
