So....please read carefully....if a person illegally enters the United States, that person is subject to being deported in a civil action resulting in a court order. If following that court order, that illegal immigrant fails to leave or avoids deportation, it is now a crime. And, if an illegal immigrant acquires fraudulent documents purporting to allow that person to work in the US, it is a federal crime. And, if a legal immigrant refuses to leave the US when a visa expires, that is a federal crime. And, if an immigrant lies or presents false information regarding his reasons for entering, the entry is invalid and that person is subject to deportation. And, if while legally in the US, a non-citizen immigrant commits a crime, they are subject to immediate deportation. Lastly, do you realize interfering with the actions of a federal officer (or even a local policeman) is a crime and is prosecuted vigorously (as particularly by Bill Clinton and Barak Obama without any protest). A nation is not a nation without borders and laws governing who and when non-citizen may cross those borders and enter the nation. So....please read carefully....if a person illegally enters the United States, that person is subject to being deported in a civil action resulting in a court order. If following that court order, that illegal immigrant fails to leave or avoids deportation, it is now a crime. And, if an illegal immigrant acquires fraudulent documents purporting to allow that person to work in the US, it is a federal crime. And, if a legal immigrant refuses to leave the US when a visa expires, that is a federal crime. And, if an immigrant lies or presents false information regarding his reasons for entering, the entry is invalid and that person is subject to deportation. And, if while legally in the US, a non-citizen immigrant commits a crime, they are subject to immediate deportation. Lastly, do you realize interfering with the actions of a federal officer (or even a local policeman) is a crime and is prosecuted vigorously (as particularly by Bill Clinton and Barak Obama without any protest). Let ICE and DHS to their federally authorized duties. Have a lovely day.

Not scared but alarmed that this issue has not been dealt with and unfortunately now it is so difficult to get the sanctuary cities to help get the illegals to do what is necessary to get back in legally. If one of us were to have something happen to us either by an illegal or citizen we would want them arrested. It’s common sense and if the prior administration had not opened the borders to anyone without venting them this issue would not be so bad. My children and grandchildren are going to have to deal with this and I would hope that we all would agree that this has to change.
