Good article Jim. I watch the DNC convention and its entirety and was happy that there were no major incidents (FFs). What I saw was a never-ending stream of speakers that were not full of any joy at all. Instead, it seem to be an endless cry of victimhood and fear, mostly placed on President Trump and the Republican establishment. Interesting to see the hundreds of millions of dollars that flowed into the Harris campaign, post convention, mostly through the Act Blue portal and now we see many states are scrutinizing and taking legal action given investigations into Act Blue. I saw one the other day where they found a woman whose name was used 30,000 times for donations. Same thing that I saw back in 2008 when Obama was running for president, including many donations coming from overseas. These people will do anything to retain power. For those who haven’t figured it out yet, this is not about Trump’s crimes. It’s about ensuring that we do not uncover their crimes. There is a big panic in DC, on both sides of the aisle, the Uniparty. They are now trapped in a corner, and they’re only way out is to create war, continuing to poke the bear and a larger war in the Middle East; or create conditions to delay or stop the election; or kill Trump. However, the last option will set off a different series of events, and likely lead to open warfare. The world is on fire. And it’s all for the same reasons. It’s the silent war of Good versus Evil and we’re coming to the climax of age old war. It will be good to see both Republicans and Democrats come together and stop pointing fingers at each other and the poking each other in disparaging ways, and come together to see the root of our ills, which is those that we call our so-called leaders.

Polly, for sure the Republican party needs a huge clean-up! It is pretty obvious who in the R party are the screw ups and they need to be ousted soon. Politics has become a money making pyramid and that attracts some very disreputable folks. Unfortunately with the D party, the good ones (Tulsi and RFK. etc.) have abandoned ship and the majority are more corrupt than ever.
You're right. And civilian Democrats don't criticize the party any longer. Which is weird to me. Democrats had no trouble protesting against Johnson. I think the Clintons, under Hillary's evil guidance, changed the party.

Good article Jim. I watch the DNC convention and its entirety and was happy that there were no major incidents (FFs). What I saw was a never-ending stream of speakers that were not full of any joy at all. Instead, it seem to be an endless cry of victimhood and fear, mostly placed on President Trump and the Republican establishment. Interesting to see the hundreds of millions of dollars that flowed into the Harris campaign, post convention, mostly through the Act Blue portal and now we see many states are scrutinizing and taking legal action given investigations into Act Blue. I saw one the other day where they found a woman whose name was used 30,000 times for donations. Same thing that I saw back in 2008 when Obama was running for president, including many donations coming from overseas. These people will do anything to retain power. For those who haven’t figured it out yet, this is not about Trump’s crimes. It’s about ensuring that we do not uncover their crimes. There is a big panic in DC, on both sides of the aisle, the Uniparty. They are now trapped in a corner, and they’re only way out is to create war, continuing to poke the bear and a larger war in the Middle East; or create conditions to delay or stop the election; or kill Trump. However, the last option will set off a different series of events, and likely lead to open warfare. The world is on fire. And it’s all for the same reasons. It’s the silent war of Good versus Evil and we’re coming to the climax of age old war. It will be good to see both Republicans and Democrats come together and stop pointing fingers at each other and the poking each other in disparaging ways, and come together to see the root of our ills, which is those that we call our so-called leaders.

Harris is trying her own version of the rope-a-dope by bobbing, weaving, not answering any questions, no press conference and NONE of Trump’s punches landing.
Of course, the difference between politics and a prize fight is in professional boxing, you have a Referee to serve as a neutral party. To break up fighters, and penalize any low blows or unsportsmanlike conduct.
The Press is the obvious version of the Referee in politics. They need to fact check, ask tough, probative questions and watch for any low blows. This has NOT been the case. The Press is in the bag and throwing this Championship Bout! That’s right, the fix is in and Harris’s boxing glove has a horseshoe hidden in it.
Proving this point, yesterday’s interview on ABC between Sen. Tom Cotton and Jonathan Karl was truly bias and disgraceful. A clear example of how the Press is covering for Harris by refusing to hold her accountable for her abysmal record. It reminds me of when Pelosi demanded the House pass Obamacare “to find out what’s in the actual bill.’ This time, the Press is asking us the voters, to elect Harris and then find out how dreadful she will govern.
Folks, sad but true…this fight is rigged and the fix is in! Shame on ABC News and Jonathan Karl for a cowardly, bias and loser performance! Hard hitting, buzzsaw and ABC Journalist, Sam Donaldson would be turning over in his grave!
