Sounds like an awesome event. From what we read, going anywhere in DC, and surviving the cold were real heroic feats. America was founded by people of deep Christian faith. The founders knew that if we drifted from that source of truth and morality, the nation would not long endure. The last 4 years showed what that dire warning looks like. Trump demonstrates many qualities, some wonderful and some that make us shake our heads. I don’t think he was making it up to say that he believes God spared him for “ such a time as this.” We pray for him and those working with him to help make America great again by encouraging a return to our God fearing roots.
Mr. Aijian, could you expand upon your opinion that "The founders knew that if we drifted from that (Christian) source of truth and morality, the nation would not long endure." If my insertion of "Christian" is inaccurate of your option I'll withdraw my question.
You misunderstood my comment. I was referring to Paul Aijian, the commenter. Although since you mentioned Trump, he too is a zionist, or at least he surrounds himself with them.
I read his comments, Christie, just like I read your article and comments. Speaking of which, you never answered why you included Bibi in your article after I "sought to understand," like you told me to.
I can’t answer for Dr. Aijian, but if you read your Bible, any time Gods people strayed from His principles and stopped following them, they were not successful in what they did.
I read this article by Ms. Lozano titled “Realigned for Restoration” that also related
to Bonnie Donovan's Article yesterday, 1/24/25 titled “Take Down Santa Barbara”
I offer a new title “Restoration of the SB So-Called-Leaders, The Devil is in the Details -Emails”
On 12/28/24 in SB Current I posted an analysis on the Honorable Judge Carrozzo
alleged CA Commission Judicial Misconduct Complaint. I quote from my Key
Statements “And how did “Someone” find these minor infractions; specifically,
from Judge Carrozo's emails and cell phone texts???”
I then referred to and quoted former FBI Tom Parker's Article “2/22/2020” titled
“Perceptions of Political Corruption Too Often the Harbingers of Stark Reality” and
I quote from same “Upon close inspection by trained investigators, the proscribed
relationship between the official and the co-conspirator becomes apparent. It can
also surface when those plotting the scheme covertly agree to conceal their being
symbiotically joined at their hip pockets. In today’s electronic world of emails and
high-speed research, such concealment rarely lasts, and the act, or the perception
of one, pops to the surface at the most unexpected times, such as right before an
upcoming election.”
Judge Carrozzo has recently filed his reply, thru his Attorney, to the CA commission weblink>
Hon. Michael Carrozzo Answer to Notice of Formal Proceedings
In Judge Carrozzo emails to his wife he was alleged to make Disparaging Remarks
against SB Judges Judge Jean Dandona, Judge Patricia Kelly, Judge James Herman,
then-Assistant Presiding Judge Gutavo Lavayen, Judge Raimondo Montes De Oca,
Judge Pauline Maxwell, and Judge Donna Geck. THAT IS ALOT OF JUDGES that
Judge Carrozzo seems to be very upset about and confided his “Concerns” to
his wife in a series of emails.
Judge Carrozzo's main argument in his reply-defense to CA Commission, on page 16, is that
he never received a Subpoena for these emails, and additional documents. I quote from
his reply, page 16 to CA Commission>”required the examiner to obtain authorization
or a subpoena with notice to Judge Carrozzo and others providing an opportunity
to quash or seek a protective order.”
The Devil is in the Details shown on the last page, SERVICE, to the involved parties
of Judge Carrozzo's CA Commission Complaint. NOTE>REDACTED #1 and REDACTED #2.
Now who possibly could be the REDACTED #1 and #2???
Former FBI Executive Tom Parker just told us in his warning to the Citizens of Santa Barbara and I quote from same> “While spending nearly 25 years in the FBI and convicting a number of local,
state, and federal officials on corruption charges, it did not take long for my colleagues and I to learn how to spot those who had crossed the bright line into unethical, and sometimes corrupt, behavior.”
We would want to see Judge Carrozzo's emails of his statements concerning
Judge De Oca, Judge Maxwell, and Judge Geck to see if it involved Judicial Misconduct?
Are there more serious Federal Civil Rights Complaints against the aforementioned Judges
& the ENTIRE Santa Barbara Superior Court?
As Ms. Lazona stated “For wrongs to be righted, principles must be adhered to, and done in a “right” way. In other words, one must follow the right path.”
Romans: “Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord.
I really don’t know who to address this to so here goes anyway. Why does everyone have to be a Christian? Everyone has a higher power that they seek out for guidance. It seems the evangelicals think they’re what everyone should be and look down on other religions, agnostics or atheists.
I hope they’re aware that God and Jesus were not Christians they were Jewish. Actually, I don’t know what religion God is, but if he made his son Jewish, I’m assuming he’s Jewish.
Not everyone in this country has evangelical roots. This nation started on the premise of freedom of religion, but now it seems if you’re a different religion, you’re someone to be feared. The teachings of Jesus, were to love your neighbor and help the less fortunate. It seems our nation has steered away from that. It’s more like everyone’s chasing the mighty dollar and looking out for themselves.
The main goal in this country now seems to be how much money they can make. Now that we are being led by oligarch billionaires, It seems they will get the cream of the crop. All those billionaires ran to kiss the ring of sharpie guy. They saw the dollar signs and stampeded over to get their share. Which they’ll get.
I know there are true Christians out there, who know the true meaning of being one. God bless us all in these United States of America, we’re going to need it.
Who ever said everyone has to be a Christian? I am not sure where you get that. If you are confused, please let me clarify, you have the freedom to choose what you want to be. This article talks about who was at an event and what they did to help President Trump get elected. You are reading much more in than necessary. It is that simple. You can be what you want.
Christy - I think a few folks here are having trouble with "... starting place from which this group hopes to build momentum to take the County of Santa Barbara, the State of California, and the United States of America County back to its Christian roots."
I think I understand what you are saying. I believe (for those of us that are Christians) our starting point is with prayer and as a whole community, lots of action. Prayer gives us wisdom, strategy, and can help with unity. We have much work to do and it's going to take a good group of us and all, who truly want to help, are welcome. There are sometimes sabotages in the mix.
I believe that is how Trump got elected. First with prayer, then action. He is a Christian and has a prayer team and they prayed. And then he had teams that did all kinds of work. I hope that clarify's my point.
What you said about prayer is true. It gives us strength and clarity and hope, but it does not elect a president, God is not political. A lot of Christians were thanking God and Jesus for saving sharpie guy from
a nicked ear so he could make America great again. The truth is only one entity was responsible for getting sharpie guy elected, and that would be Satan who wants America destroyed, and he has found the perfect guy to do it.
That’s your opinion and I disagree. How do you speak about God’s politics? He is the one who set up governments despite the fact that He didn’t want to.
America was being destroyed by the Biden administration. And Kamala would have taken it there in turbo speed. No man or woman on earth is not affected by Satan, we are all sinners, and it is the grace of God that helps us to do his will. God grace is on Presidents Trump and I pray he walks in it wisely.
I have no problem with you disagreeing with me, but where in the Bible does it discuss God setting up government. As for the rest of that paragraph, I’m speechless that you can make that kind of statement.
All I can say, is you and your Christian friends better get busy praying and don’t stop for four years. Wise is not in sharpie guys vocabulary. Oh, and believe me, Satan has picked the right guy.
I much prefer to maintain a separation of church and state as our founders wrote in the Constitution. If we go back to their essays, we read about their hopes and fears. Let's look at some of their thoughts...
“That religion, or the duty which we owe to our CREATOR, and the manner of
discharging it, can be directed only by reason and conviction, not by force or
violence, and therefore all men are equally entitled to the free exercise of religion. Madison
“It does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are 20 gods or no god. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg.” My constitutional professors would say that Jefferson was striving toward a society where believers and nonbelievers would be equal.
Lastly but certainly not all there is to report from the past...
The ultimate language to emerge from both Houses of Congress, to be ratified by the states and to become the initial words of the First Amendment, began: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...” This is much stronger than just declaring that no law establishes religion. To say that there can be no law even respecting an establishment of religion
means that there can be no law that shows any special respect for any religious establishment.
For many Americans, we honor all faiths, not the one a political party promotes. It was telling that there was no mention of Buddhist, Hindi, or Muslim religious leaders speaking at the ceremony. Does this suggest the 40 Million Americqn citizens who practice these faiths are "less than" and do not deserve equal representation? How about the 30% of Americans who do not practice any religion? They are unworthy of being represented by the government they elect and pay taxes to.
No American Patriot can welcome a message from Netanyahu. Not just for his current devastation of the Gaza strip and reference to Palestinians as "Amelek", but due to his role in getting the US to vanquish Israel's regional competitors since 9/11. What has that cost the US in American lives, moral standing, political capital and wealth?
Many American Christians have been taken for a ride, that yes, the wheels of which were set in motion around 5 centuries ago. Once one man or another felt he could make a better Church than the one Christ founded, the potential for scriptural interpretations that meandered all the way to the Satanic was unleashed. Most readers here will agree that it is hard to see how Churches could endorse "gay marriage" or "gender reassignment surgery" or abortion as Christian. But here we are. So how many readers see how equally diabolical it is to have Churches support the genocidal project founded by atheists and communists that ethnically cleansed Palestinians, Christians among them, blasphemously named "Israel"? Christ said His followers are the New Israel, that means Christians.
How did so many Americans fall for Christian Zionism? It was the deception put into the notes of the Scofield Reference Bible first printed in 1917, printed by Oxford University Press and written by the morally bankrupt Cyrus Scofield. This reference Bible was popular among Baptists and Evangelicals.
So you got to attend a Christian inaugural gala, how nice for you. Apparently it was attended by pastors and ministers and prayer warriors. What is it these pastors, ministers and prayer warriors prayi for? Are they preaching the words of Jesus Christ or sharpie guys rhetoric?
Don’t think that no matter how often sharpie guy mentions God, the Bible or goes to church, that he cares about any of that. It helped get him elected.
Just announced on Fox News, sharpie guy just fired 17 Inspectors General. Their job is to coordinate activities, promoting accountability, integrity, and efficiency in government, including the Pentagon in the state department. So what is musk going to do? It looks like sharpie guy doesn’t want anyone keeping an eye on his lackeys. The lackeys that are being confirmed even though they have no business being in the positions they were chosen for. The fix was in, so there was no doubt they’re all going to be confirmed.
One more thing Ms. Lozano, I don’t mean to criticize, but are Christians no longer supporting modesty? There weren’t very many pictures, but most of the women were dressed modestly. The first picture is a bit revealing.
As I watch a little more on Fox News on “the big weekend show” the one guy on the left seems to insinuate that the people that cut your grass, do cleanup and cooking in restaurants are criminals. Lisa Boothe seems to agree with sharpie guy that the only way to get other countries to respect us is through threats and intimidation, like we should be the bully of the world which is the reputation we will get because of sharpie guy.
"Parker had been hired by the bureau in 1970, back when J. Edgar Hoover still ran the show. Parker would retire in 1994. In between, he worked directly under Judge William H. Webster, who led the bureau after Hoover died. More importantly, Parker led the FBI’s investigation of the Rodney King beating at the hands of LAPD officers in 1990, and that department’s infamous Rampart Division scandal, where some cops acted more like gangsters than the gangsters they were allegedly combating."
Since trump is great at giving people nicknames, I thought I would give him one, too. He is a grown man, real men don’t use sharpies to write with. It’s like watching a child use the big, fat crayons. Then there’s the scratching noise it makes when he’s signing. I noticed he doesn’t write as fast as he did his first term takes him a bit longer. It’s laughable.
You call yourself a "principled Christian." So why would you write this? "He brought a message from Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu." Like it's a good thing. No one in their right mind, let alone a principled Christian, honors a genocidal war criminal. 47,000 murdered with our money and you write this?
As a Christian, we damn well should be "criticizing" war criminals who commit genocide. Why did you include him in your article as some hero or good person?
If you read my article you know why I included the message….one of the guest speakers brought his message. My article documented the events of the evening.
And I support Israel, they are God’s chosen people. You are entitled to your opinion, but it’s just that, an opinion. And I am entitled to mine. And I will not apologize for that, nor will I receive your negative and criticizing comments. I have not done that to you, but you have done it to many on this thread. It shows your character and it undermines what you say.
What's your point, sage one? That Oct 7th justifies mass murder, destruction of hospitals, churches, killing children? And if you think this way, does the last 75 years justify October 7th?
Christie, great article about some activities that I was not aware of. Glad you mentioned the names of people participating in the inauguration event. Thanks to the local supporters and participants, too.
Excellent article Christy . We know that Israel is the apple of God’s eye and indeed we in America will bless them . I love your ambition to restore our county that was nearly stolen from us and now Let’s Make California GOLDEN AGAIN !!
I love your comment and would love to connect . Maybe we could grab coffee, are you in SB County? If interested, send me an email at christy@sbcurrent.com and I will give you a call.
The American Miracle: Divine Providence in the Rise of the Republic by Michael Medved...read it and learn much about the history with all of it's amazing Providential happenings! I loved when France said that the "straight laced Americans" would never go for what was being offered...a well documented and lively page turner that I highly recommend. I have learned so much...
The last paragraph of the article sounds like a political movement and/or power grab. I'm a fan of Thomas Jefferson - who wrote about building “a wall of separation between Church and State”. Folks like walls again - Jefferson's sounds like a great one to keep in place.
I agree with your first paragraph. However, I disagree with your second to last paragraph on Christianity. The Catholic and most Protestant churches oppose zionism, and are not the problem. Evangelical zionists are not Christians and for whatever reason, seem to make up the majority of people on this page.
S.2 You're one of a few on this planet that can split a hair in ten different ways. Honestly, why not consider being a scientist, biologist or anyone that lives looking through a microscope and perhaps discover a cure for cancer. Don't waste your time splitting hairs.
You're wrong about Christianity and wars. The Lord describes his people as “my hammer and weapon of war: with you I break nations in pieces; with you I destroy kingdoms” (Jeremiah 51:20). Jesus warned that his return will be preceded by “wars and rumors of wars” (Matthew 24:6).
God is not against all wars. I'm with you about all religions not to be represented in schools, but the 10 Commandments in schools provides good character building, a tool for guidance. Especially for kids no belief system at all.
Your God must be Satan if you are actually suggesting that Jesus supports the genocide against Palestine, which S.2 referenced. Ironically, you go on to say that the 10 Commandments is "good character building." But last time I checked "Thou shalt not kill” is one of those commandments.
With any so-called rules, there are always exceptions. Anyone with an ounce of knowledge knows the Jews are God's chosen ones. I'd say Palestine is lower on the list that God prefers.
Wow, I hope everyone here read that from you before you edit it, your full name and all. You are the reason people like S. 2 has a poor opinion of Christians. I'd love to know what kind of so-called "church" taught you that garbage.
Perhaps tune into a SBUSB school board meeting or take a look at the required curriculum for 9th grade Ethnic Studies class, the one what replaced actual English. A mishmash of woke pronouns, gender queer sexualization , protest encouragement and Critical Race Theory are the current religious requirements for graduation....
When I was five years old the adultery or coveting stuff would have flown over my head. I wouldn't give those terms a second thought. But if you wish, simply strike the Commandments with a sexual orientation for school purposes. You say kids are at school for academic purpose only? Should Physical Education be eliminated? History books are probably tainted, lets eliminate history classes. I skipped biology classes because I didn't care to dissect critters ... eliminate biology. Eliminate anything "common sense" and "common knowledge." Eliminate music classes, who needs them because they just make a lot of noise. Finger painting is messy, totally should be eliminated. Let kids sit with their smart phones and be educated.
Your comment is obscure and not based in much that I would agree with that is true. It’s very general and ambiguous. You might do better to respond to the conversation specific to the article: If I had to guess, this article is coming from someone who has made similar comments in the past? Why use a made up name S. 2, if what you say is true ?!?
Most people don't criticize Israel and Israel First in their own name because there is a more than hundred year track record of punishing people who do. Helen Thomas. Dorothy Thompson. Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. Congressman James Trafficant. Likely Pres. John F Kennedy. Pres. Jimmy Carter. Rick Sanchez. Alice Walker. UCSB Professor William Robinson. Prof. Steven Salaita. Survivor of the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty Phil Touney. Prof. Sami Al-Arian. Prof. Tony Martin. Marcus Garvey. The list goes on and on. If you care about American interests, free speech and overturning cancel culture, you should spend some time exploring who else is on this list and how Israel has the power to undermine first amendment rights of US citizens here in the US.
Meanwhile, Israel is losing its influence, especially with young people (as bragging about slaughtering women in children in broad daylight will do), which is why TikTok had to be banned. But TikTok is back you say? Sort of. People now report that their posts that say "Free Palestine" are taken down for "hate" speech. Sounds pretty woke, doesn't it? What else is censored? Have you looked into the Heritage Foundations "Project Esther." If Trump follows their guidance, this is all about to get much worse.
Is that principled behavior, Christie? Is it not unAmerican? Is this not just another form of cancel culture? Are you at liberty to decide for yourself? Or do you have to appease campaign supporters? Have you been conned by the psyop Scofield bible pushed at a local evangelical church filled with other members of the conservative movement who have absorbed without question the same heretical teaching that Jesus celebrates violating everything He taught to do God's will instead of submitting to God, trying our best to *follow* His commandments, and trusting Him to carry out His will? I hope you consider how dangerous it is for us humans to decide when we get to ignore God's commandments in the name of God. That is called Satanic inversion. Fear only God and may His will be done.
Devisive evangelical Christian nationalists are the worst perversion of Jesus and his teachings. So disappointed in their leaders and their false idol that they worship at the cost of humanity
I couldn't agree more, and there is, but it needs to be bigger and louder. I think some Christians fall under the spell of being too nice as it's the Christian thing to do, so they don't call out the Satanic people masquerading as their brothers and sisters.
Sounds like an awesome event. From what we read, going anywhere in DC, and surviving the cold were real heroic feats. America was founded by people of deep Christian faith. Trump needs a lot of prayers to get through the next four years. I'll be thinking and routing for him each day.
Mr. Aijian, could you expand upon your opinion that "The founders knew that if we drifted from that (Christian) source of truth and morality, the nation would not long endure." If my insertion of "Christian" is inaccurate of your option I'll withdraw my question.
Thomas
You know what he said is true!
What’s holding you back?
God loves you as much as he loves us!
He's not a Christian, he's a zionist.
Mr Angel,
How do you know Mr Trump is not a Christian? And what is your definition of a Zionist?
You misunderstood my comment. I was referring to Paul Aijian, the commenter. Although since you mentioned Trump, he too is a zionist, or at least he surrounds himself with them.
And a Zionist is what? How do you know they are both zionists? Do you know them personally?
I read his comments, Christie, just like I read your article and comments. Speaking of which, you never answered why you included Bibi in your article after I "sought to understand," like you told me to.
That’s your opinion, and not something I believe as truth.

Ms. Lozano,
So you got to attend a Christian inaugural gala, how nice for you.
You are pathetic.
You know that in his first term he was undermined by people he didn’t fire.
Please stop lying
I am not pathetic and not a liar. Your comments show your character for all to see though. Soften up friend.
Hello Ms. Gonzales. You seem to be very concerned about the "Christians"
that went to Washington and that Trump and et al is CORRUPT when you state
"The fix was in, so there was no doubt they’re all going to be confirmed."
The MASSIVE CORRUPTION is right here in Santa Barbara see my various posts in
SB Current and above. Read this and become INFORMED > Former FBI Executive
Tom Parkers Article in the Independent "Perceptions of Political Corruption
Too Often the Harbingers of Stark Reality" weblink below>
https://www.independent.com/2020/02/22/perceptions-of-political-corruption/
Mr. Parker was the Chairman of the Santa Barbara Fire and Police Commission and
for him to make these CORRUPTION statements about Santa Barbara is OMINIOUS.
See weblink below and read it very very carefully and UNDERSTAND what is going
on in your OWN BACKYARD CORRUPTION and I quote from same>
https://www.independent.com/2011/11/17/return-g-man/
"Parker had been hired by the bureau in 1970, back when J.
Who is sharpie guy? I don’t know how you expect to have a conversation if you criticize and do not speak/write clearly?
That’s your opinion, but do you seek to understand or just to criticize? Not very Christian if the latter.
As a Christian, we damn well should be "criticizing" war criminals who commit genocide. Why did you include him in your article as some hero or good person?
I'm "seeking to understand" Christie, and you aren't answering my question allowing me to understand why you included him.
October 7th
What's your point, sage one? That Oct 7th justifies mass murder, destruction of hospitals, churches, killing children? And if you think this way, does the last 75 years justify October 7th?
Christie, great article about some activities that I was not aware of. Glad you mentioned the names of people participating in the inauguration event. Thanks to the local supporters and participants, too.
Roger that Cabey SB. Did not know that was going on in DC.
CRT is a college level course. How does this apply in elementary and high schools?
Funny that you think only one person in the world opposes genocide so cleary S.2 must be Amy Smith.
