One would think in a perfect world that the outgoing administration would make it easy for a transition to the next administration. What we see now, as is the Biden administration actively sabotaging the Trump administration before it even takes office.

We see our own state, using our tax dollars to “Trump Proof” California from needed reforms. What does this say about the Democratic Party under Pelosi and Schumer? To actively work against the American people after they have decided on our collective path is no less than treasonous!

These “Renegade” Democrats will NEVER get the message until they are voted out of office…or jailed for obstruction of federal laws.

I have enormous optimism for the new administration in 2025, but with Democrats ACTIVELY sabotaging our President Elect, how can we finally get the relief we deserve?

I think the Washington, DC Dems are overwhelmed at attempting to demolish their past activities. Paper shredding trucks must be bumper to bumper. If they can't get all the paper shredding completed, they'll probably blowup buildings before the Musk Forensic Team arrives.

I bet anything Musk will have some of his engineers come in. I say engineers because they can work as the "dot connectors" to troubleshoot how things happened and to avoid the same schemes in the future. Musk's Forensic Team will consist of many Dot Connectors.

Too true Brent. While it’s not Biden or Harris, making any of these decisions, there is a group of unelected officials that have been running the country for quite some time and reacting to everything. Trump says by trying to “Trump proof“ everything in Washington and beyond. The sooner these clowns are rooted out and become part of the DOGE cleanup the better.

No one in IRS showing up for work explains the Carpinteria IRS office dead zone. Only human presences are the half dozen or so armed guards who patrol the empty office and only let you look at the IRS forms you might need from a distance, but you cannot enter the office and actually touch them. The mystery has finally been solved. No one is there, because no one is there.

No kidding, that's really interesting. Is it because Trump is hinting of getting rid of the IRS? And the IRS employees are concerned about the masses starting the process?

That comes under the DUH label.

No one in the office? I was one of those who tried to get tax help and found the office empty.

How many city officials are taking time off in addition to the already "work(?)" from home?

DOS: Talk to Jonathan Hurley about Biden's bogus claim for decency. He instantly shot the claim down with good reason and facts. Biden remains a fraud until the end.

The Jean Carrol case is a fabulist on steroids case in an already rigged NY court system. These things happen. It was reported by court insiders months ago the NY appeals court members were terrified to go against the NY mobs braying for Trump's blood, so this outcome came as no surprise. Tragic, but no surprise. Do review the "facts" of the case for more insights about its legal viability.

This current ruling was a given. Which is why all cases get several bites of the apple; almost a defacto requirement in cases coming out of the Big Apple. Not sure why they hate Trump so much. He rescued that failing city decades ago and put it back on the map.

Yes, Trump needs to weed out the times when to blast forward and not to. Debates are essentially a game of warfare and it's open season to be convincing at demeaning your opponent. Trump is very good at going for the jugular without hesitation. If Trump sees an ounce of "wimp" in an individual he's debating, it's the end ... such as with Jebby Bush. I'm working on attacking the "top" legal guys with the help of the lower guys in the food chain. The guys positioned beneath the top don't dare to stick their necks out, remaining very quiet.

A good set of examples of the dangers of Trump's need for attention and the law of physics to prove the point. I have voted for Trump in three elections, as the least-worse option. Each time he has frustrated my hopes, in satisfying his ego with too much blather that has no strategic intent or value. Mr. Zepke thank you for your illustrative examples that clearly explain the actual and potential consequences of "loose lips that sink ships'. While the Nation mourns the passing of the 39th President, a devout Christian and WWII Navy veteran, it prepares to inaugurate the 47th President, a convicted felon, tax cheat, and draft dodger. The end of "New Deal" democracy began with Ronald Reagan and now culminates with the transition to oligarch rule under an adjudicated rapist married to the immigrant daughter of a Communist Party apparatchik. Gene, You know where you stand with Trump. Do you like Biden's life time of lies and evasions better?

What is remarkable and deserves some credit is how many once mutually hostile relationships Trump and his targeted adversaries have later repaired and turned into something productive, as we have all ambled along with Trump being kept on center stage these past 10 years.

Even his most committed adversaries depend on his continued presence to vilify and make bank. Apply the 80:20 rule and learn to enjoy the next four years. There will be plenty of stumbles, road blocks and fake news. Count on it.

But keep in mind where this country needs to go for her 250th year birthday - back to basics - and much closer back of her founding constitutional principles, as lawfully amended. The large unelected administrative state has no place nor an excuse to drain out so many tax dollars for so little in return, with little to know accountability.

Help get America back on track. The tax dollars you will save, will be your own. The benefits you can honestly fund will be your own too. Make your best case, why the current vastly unaccountable status quo is the better option.

Mr. Zepke, Good advice, if trump would take it. I wonder how many of his advisers have told him that. To stick to the script, but he likes to hear himself blowing his own horn. He’ll get bored being president like he did last time his only enjoyment is when he’s out in front of a crowd hearing people call his name cheering for him. That’s all the presidency means to him. He also likes selling sub quality junk that means nothing to anybody but the magas.

AR: Lots of support and even common sense for those Trump proposals. They are already harvesting fruit. Go with the larger picture, and don't get buried in the style. There is need for a new world order based on current realities of an ascendent China, which never existed to the degree it exists today.

Go back and read some of the early business books from just 20 years ago speculating about the "emergent China" ,and compare them sharply with what now exists. Who can control the trans-continental transportation routes is the new player on the block. Sea routes routes now both north, south and middle.

Take a look at a world globe and draw your own lines, learn where there are choke points and what could constitute safe passages. Or contemplate how America contends not being a global trade partner.

Rise of Britain as a sea power in the 18th Century and control of global sea routes redux. Who takes on that role today? Who takes it away, or better yet, shares this role with the US today? Trump does look five moves down the chess board, when often we do not.

Yet, I can't help but agree, that little is gained by signaling your plans when you are not yet capable of activating them.
